I have been so scared to try new things ha because you don’t know who is scamming people nowadays. But I have to say I had an amazing experience with my doctor Quinn. He was a real doctor, at a real hospital. It was great he got to know me and my history with trying to achieve my weight goal. 10/10 recommend

Providers are super kind, they really make sure that you’re comfortable and answer all of your questions.

I am only putting two stars because I would’ve given them five stars up until March. Issues with pharmacies have created chaos within this company. I was an established patient and requested a refill on March 19. For weeks I heard nothing but was told through social media mochi employees in their established group that this was expected because of changes in the pharmacy. My pharmacy has been changed multiple times and finally as of April 12 I was told that it had been resubmitted to the proper and current pharmacy. It is now April 21 and I have heard nothing further so I contacted the pharmacy directly and they have no record of a prescription being sent for me. I, like many others, have run out of my medication. Mochi’s messaging platform was always very prompt but at this point it is anything but. I have tried to call multiple times over the past several weeks and the late time is never less than an hour and there is no callback function. The money for my medication was removed from my bank account over a month ago and still nothing. I’m paying the monthly fee for the service and getting minimal help or feedback. I just want a resolution, whether that is a refund, or getting my medication shipped promptly with tracking information. Unfortunately, many established patients are missing their medication’s while mochi continues to advertise and pull in new patients who seem to be getting their medications. It is irresponsible to allow so many patients to run out of a medication. I will update if and when I get a resolution.

My Moochi provider was very informative, She talked about mice being used in a lab that had me in stitches and I’m vegan She was also nice and cute 🥰. I really enjoyed talking to her because I never felt judged once. She was even in the same state as I currently live in.

I was very impressed with Mochi, they have wonderful communication with quick response time, and an easy to navigate patient portal. Dr. Britney Smith was very kind and helpful. I did not expect this kind of service, they surpassed my expectations and I am very happy i joined. I definitely recommend Mochi.

EDITED 11/12/24 I ended up getting the runaround for a month and never received medication, cancelled membership and I'm still trying to get refunded! Just joined Mochi even though I've been on the medication for about 8 months. I had a great first appointment with my provider, Dr. Christopher Dukes. He was a very thorough and friendly. Also booked a meeting with a nutritionist. Can't wait to get my first shipment!!

They charged my credit card $400 and never shipped me any peptides. The worst experience ever with this company. I only lost 10lbs in 7-8 months, not worth the money you are paying for this service, they have no idea what they are doing! I've been using them since May of last year and only lost 10 lbs, and today I completely canceled with them. The communication between the doctor, customer service, and pharmacy is totally off and ridiculouse, I mean I am always frustrated talking to customer service, its like talking to a wall. I am always without the peptides for 2-3 weeks each month, making me gain all the weight I've lost. I was on semaglutide for 4 months, and it was miserable, I would throw up, and feel extremely sick, and fatigued, after work, I would be in a fetal position, I went to use Tirzepetide, but they put me on 7.5mg, at 50 units and I lost zero lbs in a month and the fatigue was horrible. The doctor told me to to up the dose to 75 units, and I already missed two weeks dose, becuase thats how they roll, they don't care your miss your dose. I keep emailing MOchi and the doctor and they told me to call Red rock pharmacy, when I called, they said, they have no record of an order, and that Mochi canceled the 10mg on 2/21, its 3/6/25 and I still did not receive the peptides. Mochi is so confused all the time, I canceled and am going to a local pharmacy where I can get Retatrutide, which is the 3rd generation without the fatigue and other side effects, and for the same price as mochi. NEVER EVER!!! Totally horrible experience! They messed up my medication. Debited my account TWICE without sending me my medication. Trying to get any help, you are bounced around from one phone rep to another and told different stories. I finally reported to Better Business Bureau as they never would refund my money they took and didn’t receive medication for… WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!! RUN RUN RUN FAST
