Right off the bat, Dr.Michelle Gordon clicked with me. I felt so comfortable telling her about myself and she was so insightful, straight to the point, but caring all at the same time. That's so rare, and im very happy to have been paired up with her during this new journey of mine. 10/10 Dr.Gordon! She fueled me to get this going and stick to it!

I was referred to Mochi through my PCP as my weight loss journey seems to be at a stand still. I had my doubts, but I was pleasantly surprised. The messaging team were accommodating, I was switched to a provider that I believe wants to see me succeed, and the medication is affordable. I am so glad that Mochi accepts both insurance and reasonable self-pay options. Healthy living is expensive and for people like me who need some extra help and motivation, I am more than appreciative of the options they have for each individual patient.

This service is simply amazing. The medical staff, admin staff, and customer service is fast and efficient. They answer questions, fill medication, assist with anything you need in a timely and effective way. I started this program in May and I can't stop telling everyone about them. I recommend this service for anyone seeking weight loss medications. My provider is Yadira Jean-Louis, she truly cares about my progress. I feel comfortable and at ease with her. She was complete but not invasive with her questions. I have recommended her to friends and family as well.

First experience with Mochi and it was 100% pleasant. I switched over from a previous provider that was no longer able to provide my injections. Everyone was so helpful. I am so glad I made the switch! Had to call customer service and they walked me through a process. Couldn't have had a better experience!

I had my first appointment with Doctor Christine to start my plan. Prior to my appointment I received two calls, one to make sure I was set for my appointment and one to see if I wanted to set up an appointment with a nutritionist. Great interaction from Mochi staff right out of the gate! The meeting with Doctor Christine was fantastic! She was thorough in her questions about my medical and weight loss history. She was upbeat, empathetic, and knew all about my supplements I’m taking. She explained the program, told me everything I should expect and spent as much time as necessary ensuring I was comfortable with the information. I was so happy to learn all of the base medications come from the US and the compounds are all third party tested We ended with follow-on instructions and the offer to reach out if I have any questions or concerns. I am more than happy so far!

I love the experience I’ve had so far It has only been a month. I am down 7 pounds and I just had my follow up appointment and refilling my prescription today. We talked about increasing the dose. I also have a wonderful doctor, and he is so good and easy to talk to!

Horrible customer service. No responses for days. Pharmacy wasn’t able to fill my prescription for 14 days (could take up to 10 days according to their customer service) and it was a hassle to contact them and repeatedly ask for status. Wish I could just get a refund and have nothing more to do with them ever again.

I am six weeks in to the program and very happy with it so far. I love my physician and nutritionist, and I feel they have been very professional and helpful with my weight loss journey and my goal to get back to my optimum health. I think mochi is money well spent, because I get the assistance of an appetite, suppressant and the ability to meet with my physician and nutritionist when I need to. The accountability is great, but ultimately the work is up to me, and I appreciate the accountability and individual attention.

My provider Danielle was very compassionate about my struggles and my goals. She helped me and I felt she was caring and interested. I liked her. After a stall of 5 weeks, I have dropped 5 pounds. I am experiencing good steady weight loss. The side effects are minimal as they were on the brand name. Drawing from a vial for shots is easy and not painful. I actually notice less discomfort at the injection site with the compounded. I highly recommend giving this a try! I feel Mochi is to be trusted.
