Thank you Metropolitan Market! I always love the hot bar, salad bar, soup bar, the cute gift items, bakery, and all the fresh produce! The store is always clean, and the employees are all SO incredibly kind, and helpful, especially the employees at checkout - always SO amazing, and personable. Huge shoutout to Greg who helped me yesterday! I made an error when using the self-checkout and he was so helpful, patient and kind as he helped me fix the issue. I just have to give a huge shout-out to all the amazing ladies at the West Seattle Metropolitan Market! Recently, I placed a grocery order online for the very first time. Not knowing exactly how the pickup process worked, I walked into the store thinking I needed to grab it inside. That’s when I met Paula. an absolute gem who went above and beyond to help me. She circled the entire store trying to find my order, and after a lot of effort and kindness, we realized the groceries were actually waiting for pickup outside in the parking lot. But it didn’t stop there. Paula followed up with me the next day just to make sure I received everything I had ordered. She even worked with her team to double-check that nothing was missing. That level of care and personal attention absolutely blew me away. I have never had such an amazing experience at a grocery store. It’s clear that these ladies truly care about the people they serve. High five to all of you who work so hard every day to make sure our families have food on the table. Your kindness, patience, and dedication mean more than you know…thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

l bought organic Blackberrys and it was rotten. And l have thrown them to trash right away. Crazy. l was disappointed .And breads are burnt.
I usually stop by the deli counter for lunch. My favorite is the prim rib sandwich, but there is a wide variety of tasty items to choose from. There's also a great salad bar or choose from some of the prepared salads. Pizza and Thai food are also available. Can't forget desert.

Stop by for lunch, they have wide selection in their deli. I opted for the Melanzana Pizza and their cod and chips. Would recommend, prices are a bit steep though.
11.99 an lb for tabui salad is THEFT. You expect the prices to be a little higher but they absolutely suffocate you on things that SHOULD NOT BE THAT EXPENSIVE. It's a tabooli salad. The ingredients are cheap and easy to find and easy to assemble. THIS IS HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!
This market is the just the best in the area. Superior quality of foods and even kitchen products and souvenirs, very well organized, clean and fairly priced, still on the pricier end but it's worth it. I absolutely love their deli, the soups, the bakery, EVERYTHING. Beautiful flower section, great variety and cool little plant gifts. The kitchen/ household goods are super nice. And just for the record. I just went to the PCC nearby and in my opinion the Met market has equal or better quality and I find it to be less expensive. Happy shopping everyone!
I came here for the egg perfect breakfast and I’m not sure why the deli area was so understaffed, but firstly it was a stressful experience for the staff and some emotionally immature customers were upset about the wait time - clearly understaffed location. I hope they will fix this issue soon!
