This was a great experience and I recommend it for anyone who enjoys Jazz, even if you just like it a little. Lonnie and the band were great, the food was great and the rest of the staff was great as well. You can tell that Lonnie truly loves what he is doing and he is very entertaining to watch and listen to. We stayed in the hotel above the club, and went because the hotel staff recommended it, and they were right, it was well worth the money!

Lonnie & his band were amazing, getting to watch the tap dancers from Priscilla & Dana's on stage with Lonnie made the night unforgettable! Especially since our granddaughter was one of the dancers!

Wow! All I can say is wow! If you’ve never seen Lonnie before, you are missing out! He is such a great entertainer - a true STAND OUT!!!! We had seen Lonnie in the past at the Black Dolphin a few times and we were sad when we found out he didn’t perform there anymore. I was looking for a nice intimate place to surprise my husband with a birthday treat. As I was going through OpenTable, this restaurant just happen to catch my eye. I did some more reading on the Reno Club to see if it was the same Lonnie we had seen and enjoyed before. To my delight, it sure was!!!! I had to book it! We went on a Saturday night to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday. I didn’t tell him where we were going and what we were doing. When we got to the restaurant, it still didn’t click with him who we were about to see! As we walked downstairs to the restaurant, we were greeted by a nice gentleman who asked us for our reservation and handed us some champagne to start the night. While we were waiting to be seated, I told my husband that it was Lonnie McFadden that we were going to see. His eyes lit up and said “THE LONNIE MCFADDEN”? I said yes! He was soooooo happy when it finally clicked! Needless to say, it was a great night watching Lonnie and his band perform. They were all equally good!!! But I have to give a shoutout to the maestro - Andrew. He was my favorite! Lonnie was also very nice and talked to everyone in the crowd individually. He really made sure everyone was having a good time. The price for both the three course meal along with the show was WELL WORTH IT!!!! The three hours that we were there flew by! But as they say, time flies when you’re having fun. Dinner was very good. My husband loved the beef Wellington so much that he wanted to order two more to take home! The staff there were also very nice and took good care of us. If you’re looking for a nice evening out in the town to enjoy the best jazz around Kansas City, do not think twice. Go see Lonnie and the band!!!! You will be so glad you did!

What a pleasant surprise! I was invited to a reservation here with friends, and we had a phenomenal time. So much fun! The energy of the performance opened into quite a celebration. Lonnie, the musicians, the food and service was great. You can really feel the jazz history, it is engaging and nostalgic. Highly recommended!! Thank You!!

Beautiful soirée! Lonnie is an amazing artist; he irradiates warmth and good vibes. Lonnie will come to your table and shake your hand as a token of appreciation. This show is a must see! Food was delicious, the Limoncello flute was to die for.

What a fun experience! Lonnie can entertain (we have seen him before) but the set-up and dinner made it a unique experience. Food was pretty good but not the main reason we went. I would recommend for anyone visiting kc or trying to shake up the normal routine. Fun night!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here last night. We were absolutely blown away by this place! Service, food, drinks, ambiance, environment, decor, and of course the entertainment! Incredible! The talent of these musicians gave me goosebumps and just filled my soul! True artists! This is now one of my new favorite places and I can’t wait to go again!

We celebrated a Birthday at Lonnie’s. It was so worth it. It is a set price with a set menu. I’m not always a fan of set menu’s but it was very tasty. It is a little pricey but when you factor in your entertainment it’s worth the price. I can’t say enough about Lonnie McFadden. He is old world charm. He can sing, play the trumpet and tap dance. The night we were there his daughter stopped in to sing us a song. If you are looking for something different to do I recommend that you go to this show. It will not disappoint if you enjoy Jazz.
