LNC Tailor & Bespoke Shop est 1981

LNC tailored six two-piece suits that I bought in bulk from a wholesaler. Jess spotted a pattern issue right away and used the most efficient way to tailor my suits (pants and jackets included) back to the standard. Jess was worried I might be purchasing the wrong size, so she did a round of measurements for me and explained the process in very helpful detail, so when I purchase suits in the future, I can buy better fitting options and spend less on tailoring. Jess's top priority is for the public to learn about tailoring so they can spot better fitting clothes or learn how to make decisions to tailor clothes to fit better. All of my suits now look custom made, thanks to Jess and her incredible team! I cannot recommend LNC enough!

Jess did a great job altering my three jackets and hemming my pants. Their forte is definitely suits since 1981! And all else too, but their origins of bespoke suiting for presidents is evident. Amazing service and fast turn around, my tux is in good hands!

Jess is so helpful! When the length of the bottom of the dress wasn’t right, Jess and the tailor helped me figure out a solution that looked even better than the original style of the dress and it was a big hit. Although tailoring can be kind of expensive, it’s truly worth the service you get. Jess also helped me do a private delivery service to accommodate for closing the shop early due to personal emergency at no additional cost to ensure I’d get the dress in time (which ended up being a few days early anyways!). Thank you guys!!!

Amazing service! I went with my partner to alter a skirt, dress shirt, and jeans. Jess was super accommodating and helped advise us which alterations would look and function best. When I went to pickup, it was a super busy day and Jess couldn't find our pieces right away. She took the time to stay at the shop after closing to find the pieces (which were finished well in advance and were just under the wrong pickup date) and had Uber deliver it to my apartment the same day instead of having me wait outside the shop. The alterations are perfect and we're super happy with how our pieces turned out!

I recently came to LNC Taylor Shop in Chinatown to get a suit tailored and had a really great experience. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly and welcoming. They took the time to explain exactly what alterations they recommended, why they were doing them, and how it would improve the fit. I really appreciated the attention to detail and how approachable they were throughout the whole process. The turnaround time was quick and the suit came out great. You can tell they really know what they’re doing, especially with pieces that require precision. I actually recommended the shop to my girlfriend afterward and she also had a great experience getting a dress altered. It’s also a third-generation small business, which makes it feel like a real neighborhood gem. Jess, the owner, is incredibly kind and made the whole experience very easy and pleasant. Definitely a spot I’ll keep in mind anytime I need tailoring done.

Brought in my own fabric to have a bespoke suit made for my wedding. Jess was such a pleasure to work with. She accommodated my every need and made sure to perfect every detail. Couldn’t be happier with my experience and how it came out!

Exceptional quality, service and customer support. I came in just a few days before my brother’s wedding to get my suit jacket taken out. LNC did a fabulous job. 5 stars all across the board.

Jess is thorough & has foresight. I needed to find a tailor that could do bespoke lamp shades under a week. Jess made sure to take a step back and ask me if I wanted the top covered or how much of it—as the bulb would be screwed on through there. The fabric chosen was a lace crochet and LNC Tailor did everything by hand for all 5 shades and they brought me back for a “second fitting” after the first lamp shade was done and even if it was rush, they still delivered 1 day ahead of rush pick up. They gave me option A and B to choose from. Would recommend for special projects.
