A cute neighborhood coffee spot in SLU. We tried the bee pollen latte and the snuggle me sesame latte. The sesame latte I couldn’t really taste the flavor of black sesame. I tasted a nutty flavor in the latte, but it tasted more like white sesame than black. Also I got the sesame latte with oat milk and I don’t like the oat milk used here - the taste overpowered the latte. The bee pollen latte was fine, but also couldn’t really taste the bee pollen flavor at all? The menu here is unique, but feels like the flavors aren’t quite on point. Leaves more to be desired

Had a lovely empanada and oat cortado here! The vibe of the shop was cool but chill, and the location and coffee were great. Definitely worth a stop!

Probably my favorite coffee spot in Seattle. I really appreciate the rich coffee scene. We ordered their wildflower latte and bee pollen latte. Both drinks were well made. We both enjoyed the bee pollen over the wildflower latte due to its uniqueness. It came with honey pollen and caramelized honey - we don’t typically see this in coffee! The wildflower latte was also good. They topped it off with flower petals as well so definitely a nice touch.

This was our first stop in this neighborhood and everything was delicious. We shared cortados and a mango chutney breakfast sandwich - and finished every crumb. The folks working were kind and the place was clean. Highly recommend!

Wow! So nice to have another great coffee shop in the area with simply astounding coffee. Unfortunately, some coffee are not available always as they seek out special coffee from places that you probably don’t expect to produce coffee, let along of excellent quality. Thailand, Yunnan (China) - just a couple of examples. Talk to the barista and trust his/her recommendation. Enjoy a great cup of coffee and kick back in the relaxing environment. 😌

Single origin coffees from rare parts of the world like Tanzania, Philippines, Laos, and Congo. Love it! Staff are super friendly. Place has wifi and plugs to work. Atmosphere is modern as well.

Excellent specialty cafe that delivers solid coffee with a perfect modern aesthetic! This is their second cafe (the first is their roasting location on Ohio Ave) and it really shows the potential they have as a company to make a name in this Seattle coffee scene. This cafe isn't a huge space but it it well lit and well designed, in a city that is filled with cafes that deliver pretty good coffee in spaces that feel a little dated for the current coffee scene this one stands out. So if you are looking for coffee and design that comes together in a way that is memorable, I would totally recommend this Fulcrum cafe!

This was a great find in my way to the space needle. The area around it is nice and the space has a huge ceiling and great atmosphere. Stopped in for a drip and wow…that Costa Rica single origin was fantastic. The barista was great, would highly recommend.

The ideal spot to cozy up after a stroll through the city, where you can enjoy a coffee and some baked goods. I believe it would be the perfect place to return to with a book or a laptop. Coffee delicious and baked good as well! I recommend!

Cozy and sleek, Fulcrum offers an excellent space for coffee drinkers to enjoy their wonderful coffee. They also carry a small selection of Macrina baked goods and some breakfast sandwiches if you fancy a bite. Most importantly I just love their creamy green tables and chairs outside, a bit hidden behind the vibrant plants and flowers, that to me is a great spot to appreciate the fast and slow of city life. Oh and their coffee cups are so neat!
