Fulcrum Café

My wife and I dropped in for a mid day snack, and we're pleasantly surprised with a sleek modern cafe. I really appreciate the design of this place. If I lived by I would come here to get some work done. The coffee and tea were great. Most places have either a week watery cold brew, but this place was rich and deep. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking good coffee.

Super tasty and creamy and soft latte. Masala chai was also good. Will come back Pretty and well decorated place. Cozy. Has live plants. Clean

Amazing vibes and experience. Great seating options, best PSL I've ever had. Made with real pumpkin!! Also the baristas are super nice, have a great sense of style, and know their way around latte art. Shout out to Em! ☕

Super cute spot with lots of seating. The vegan bacon egg and cheese was so amazing! My husband had matcha and a sandwich with chutney that he also loved! Great vegan options and the person who took our order was super nice and cheerful!

The cafe is very aesthetically pleasing and spacious. The coffee is decent. The staff are friendly, but a little slow. I went later in the day and there were still a steady flow of customers, but 1 person as both cashier and barista. I think it might have been an off day so I'll give it another try and you should too.

Delicious and $$. Signature Drinks $6-7. Love the sandwich! It had great tasting biscuit and was very stuffed - filling ( sausage & egg). And ready pretty quickly. I hope the empanadas are available next time I visit. Drink had great flavors. Got iced caramel dream. There also seems to be quite a bit of space inside and outside to sit. Staff was very friendly.

Beautfiul space with delicious drinks & awesome service!! Ordered both a "Snuggle me sesame" (hot, black sesame oat milk latte) & a strawberry basil soda... both well balanced & tasted awesome.They also have a variety of pastries, both savory & sweet available. Great music playing. Charging outlets at almost every seat. Nice outdoor seating available as well.

The double espresso here is delicious! They had a blend and a single origin option for the coffee. They have many different coffees available to buy as well. There look to be some good food options but I didn’t try those. It’s a cool atmosphere inside with plenty of seating and an open wifi network. It’s a good place to work or study for a while during the afternoon.

I had a great Myanmar cortado. Very nice representation, and very bright and smooth taste. Guatemalan pour overs were OK. Lacking brightness and distinction. Again, nice representation though. But, for the price of nearly half of the same bag of beans, I was expecting better taste. The beans’ price though bespeaks of being on a cheaper side, thus not setting up very high expectations to begin with. Oh, for the owner of the shop - I would kindly ask you to have a pour over menu. You have 4 pour over options, but none of them are on the menu. So I have to ask the person at the counter, and then she would list to me all the 4 options, having to walk back and worth to see the bags of coffee served to get information about the origin, process, and tasting notes. It’s very inconvenient, and takes unnecessary time at the counter to decide what bean to go with. If you only had a menu with all the options available, and description of every bean, that would make both your and your customers’ life so much easier, and overall experience so much better. I kind of regretted I didn’t opt for another option just because I had to be busy with remembering the options and getting confused. Please just print out a pour over menu! Would primarily go here for an espresso drink next time as it was really good!

I loved my cappuccino here, it’s the way how I prefer. Perfectly blended and right texture and doesn’t at all feel like burnt coffee! Will definitely come back Visit 2: Tried the single origin pour over, it appears like they don’t have as many as they used to have (based on old reviews); I prefer chocolaty notes and tried the Huai Mae pour over; it’s so good and worth every single ounce! Could taste the notes while sipping and it’s well made. Gonna come back again to try other Single Origin pour over options. I also tried empanada and it’s good too!
