Was looking for a place to get good coffee and work on my laptop and I’m so glad I stumbled upon this place! The place is absolutely vibrant and they serve amazing coffee. I recommend getting one of their signature beverages (I got the snuggle me sesame and sweater weather and both were amazing) and they serve them in nice mugs if you’re dinning in. The best part of the cafe besides all of this is that they have a charging port at every single table. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve wanted to sit down at a coffee shop and work but can’t find a port. 10/10 would recommend and will come back!
The atmosphere and vibe was really nice - modern lighting and spaced out seating inside, and easygoing seating area outside. Wish i had room for a coffee but i did try their sausage-egg-cheese sandwich. The biscuit was so light and fluffy. You could also taste each ingredient. For value, it was a little high even for Seattle prices ($12), but much better than any fast food place.
If you’re new to or visiting Seattle, and if you’re near the Amazon spheres and looking out for a coffee shop other than Starbucks, mark my words, Fulcrum cafe is the place to go. We tried their pistachio flavored latte, tea, spinach pastry and mango chutney biscuits. All of these are unique products and they taste amazing as well. One of the best coffee shops I’ve been to, and I’d totally recommend anyone to head over to this cafe.
I ordered an 8oz ube vanilla latte. The espresso was good but the flavoring I paid $0.75 for could have been more pronounced. A very rude customer cut me line and demanded to be served so that didn’t help me overall experience. The place is cute but it is not worth the $8 I paid for an 8oz latte.
Cute little coffee place with an incredible offer of coffees and pastries 🥐 the chocolate croissant was to die for!!! Ambience perfect to work from there too. The pistachio latte is incredible!

Nice atmosphere. Soothing place to sit early AM and enjoy a beverage. The drip coffee was fantastic. I wanted to love this place, but the breakfast burrito was absolutely horrid. It tasted worse than a frozen microwave burrito. I could barely choke it down. I will pass over this place from now on. You need to elevate your food to the level of your coffee and space. It is a drag otherwise.
I like the neighborhood that Fulcrum is located. It has a very nice feel which is relaxing and enjoyable. I ordered a breakfast sandwich as well as a latte. The breakfast sandwich was quite good and not like any I've had before. It had a nice hint of tomato as well as artichoke. The latte was only okay, it did not have much of a coffee taste. Overall. I enjoyed this cafe and would come back for the breakfast!
The coffee here is so so good! I got the mocha - which was perfectly made - not too sweet and coffee forward. Their specialty drinks are also a big hit! The snuggle me sesame and pistachio drink were both done well - with subtle flavours. Service was quick. Nice ambience, seemed busy (on the weekends), seating options available both indoor and outdoors.
