Super busy in the mornings. We still managed to get the table. We got a pistachio coffee and a mocha And a spinach pastry. They have a lot of food options aswell. I would go back again!
Good coffee! The breakfast menu was mostly sold out by the time I got there, so I only had a pastry. It was flaky and delicious!
Fulcrum Café is one of those places where coffee isn’t just served—it’s elevated. From the moment you walk in, the space feels modern yet inviting, with that faint hum of conversation and the aroma of freshly ground beans wrapping around you. We came for coffee drinks—starting with a pumpkin spice latte that was smooth, balanced, and just the right amount of cozy spice. Each cup here feels intentional, whether it’s a classic latte, a bold espresso, or something more inventive. The flavors are rich without being overbearing—perfect for slow sipping. It’s the kind of spot that works for both a quiet solo coffee break and a relaxed catch-up with friends. Fulcrum Café nails the art of making coffee feel special without trying too hard.
Great coffee and chocolate croissant! The place has a modern design. The WiFi is not very stable though. But overall this is a nice place to study and work.
We came here on weekday mornings, and there were already some lines & most seats were occupied. The coffee and tea items were all pretty good (e.g., sesame latte, bee pollen latte, cream of pistachio latte). The pastries / bread were also nice (e.g., French toast, spinach brioche, morning roll, dill and cheese scone). Overall, we really enjoyed our time having breakfast here. Highly recommend!
☕ Fulcrum Café 👉🏻 I ordered the pumpkin spice latte, and it was absolutely delicious—light, smooth, and perfectly balanced in flavor. Their seasonal lattes are definitely worth trying! The café has a clean, modern atmosphere, perfect for relaxing or working, and the service is friendly d efficient. A great spot for coffee lovers! 🍂✨
The highlight of this coffee shop is the exceptional staff; everyone was amazing. The location is also very convenient for anyone visiting the Space Needle. While their signature Sesame Latte wasn't quite to my taste, the outstanding service alone makes me want to come back. I'll definitely be trying their signature espresso on my next visit.
Me and my partner love to do a Fulcrum Friday. I love Fulcrum because as a tea lover dating a coffee lover, they are one of the few coffee shops that know how to do tea right. I always get the jasmine tea which is delicious and served on a little bamboo plate with a mug and the tea carafe. They have yummy vegan sandwich options (I recommend the pesto one). But the prices are a little steep for premade sandwiches. 2 small sandwiches and 2 drinks can easily run you $40+ here so we don't come every Friday.
A beautiful and quiet café. They roast their own beans offsite. Large selection of take-home coffee beans plus a great assortment of lattes as well.
I want to love this place so much because the coffee is good and food selections are great (they have lots of vegetarian/vegan options which is a HUGE plus) but a few things make it really hard to give 5 stars. 1. Overpriced. A coffee will run you $8.00 each and pre-made vegan sandwiches run $13.00 each. Just to get coffee for my husband and I it is $20.00 after tip and almost $50.00 to get coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Again, this is for premade food that they just warm up. 2. Customer service. This issue is not limited to Fulcrum as it appears to be an epidemic in any restaurant business in Seattle. Do not expect a "hello" "good morning" or "thank you, come again" at any point during any of your visits. Additionally, I have requested extra brown sugar in my coffee every single time I come here and I have never received my coffee as requested. You can see in my receipt that they also never input that into the system. 3. Closes early. Expecting to get a sandwich with your coffee? You won't be able to if its 30 minutes before closing as they shut down the toaster oven before closing. Again, this is an epidemic in Seattle. If a business is open until 6:00 p.m. then actually be open until 6:00 p.m. If I can't purchase pretty much half of the items on the menu by 5:30 p.m. then technically you close at 5:30 p.m. If these 3 things were addressed this place would 100% be 10/10 as the coffee and food really is good.
