We got there at 7 to be able to eat before leaving and they had a note saying they weren't opening till 7:30 due to staffing. Disappointed as we werr looking forward to their diverse menu.
This is the most aesthetic cafe in Belltown. That’s not the only reason I like going to this location, but it doesn’t hurt. Fulcrum is a laptop-friendly cafe, which in Seattle means that it’s almost always at least ~80% full, whether it’s weekdays during work hours or during the weekend. There’s a lot of indoor seating if you can manage to find a seat, as well as some outdoor seating. The outdoor seating is pretty nice during sunny days. I generally get their cold brew, but I also tried their Goth Star signature drink which was a sweet and nutty ube drink. If you get a warm drink for dine in, they serve it in a ceramic mug that’s both incredibly aesthetic and very expensive (we looked up the brand). Come pay $8 (after tip) for a cup of coffee and fulfil your hipster desires.
Great local coffee shop with a large selection of coffee drinks and pastries. Excellent customer service! The only problem is finding table on the weekends. This place is full of customers and it is better just sit outside.
Loved the pistachio latte and lavender biscuit! The açai bowl is reasonably priced but a bit more watery than what I’m used to. Very friendly service and nice spot to get some work done.
It's a small cozy coffee shop in downtown Seattle. I liked their vegan pesto sandwich and cortado coffee. Interestingly, they serve coffee with sparkling water as a palette cleanser which was a new experience for me
The sesame latte is really good but the bee pollen latte tastes a bit sour I feel like. Would love to try other flavored coffees.
I found this lovely little coffee shop when all the other shops around it were closed. I had a truly great latte: aromatic, creamy; just delicious. Friendly service, and they seemed really conscientious about cleaning and disinfecting after customers left. I definitely will be back.
Great chic, modern third wave coffee shop. Friendly staff and clean vibe. I ordered their Kenyan pour over and it was delicious.
Best coffee, latte art, and vibes EVER. Also some of the nicest baristas. The empanadas are wildly good.
Coffee was served prompt, hot and flavorful. I noticed that the drip was on the lighter side of a roast. Seating was plentiful and the super high ceilings made the ambience delightful.
