Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Great experience, I won’t rent a car anywhere else but Enterprise.

Jayzhiel was an awesome employee he explained everything to me ask if I had any questions concerning my rental gave me positive feedback. When I need a rental this will be my location. Way to go Jayzhiel you will remember Ms.Clardy when I said I would leave you a awesome review because your customer service was awesome.

We picked up our rental car in The city of Charlotte. It was great. The rep picked me up at the hotel and it was a breeze. We dropped it off at the airport, which was also very easy, smooth transaction, and great car.

It’s a great location, people who work here are very nice but the processes they follow create long delays. Plan for extra 30-40 min on pick up and return. 3-star is my rating. If they improve efficiency they will be 5-stars.

I really appreciate the staff at this location. I rent from them every other week and they take really good care of me. Case in point, forgot my bag in my rental, they called, put it in the office and had it waiting for me. Also, a HUGE shout out to the detailer crew, they are ALWAYS so nice, happy and energetic, EVERY time I see them. Often a thankless job, but without them, cars are not flipped and ready for the next rental. They always have such good energy every time I'm there!

Renting from this place is an absolute no-brainer for me. Why anybody else would choose any other car rental company is beyond me. Friendly staff, seamless transactions, in and out in no time and they go above and beyond to get you the car that you want. Pick up and drop off service is also fantastic.Go here and you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

I had a rental for a week, but at the last minute I needed to extend it another week. Courtney was so KIND, accommodating, and personable during this process. Not having a personal vehicle is so inconvenient, but I never had to feel that discomfort because of Courtney’s customer service and communication. 6 out of 5 stars really. Thank you Courtney !! I appreciate you!!

Not a good experience at all. I made my reservation the day before and when I called ahead to confirm I'm on my way and would get there about 10-15 minutes afterwards Jacob gives me some excuse about why they don't have the vehicle or type that I've reserved and I should check back 3 hours later. After confirming that I am not going to be available to pick up the vehicle he finally suggests that they could accommodate me when I come in and see what vehicles they would have. I get to the site and after the front desk checks me in and tells me to keep my card handy for checkout because they're about to bring a vehicle around I walk outside and hange out in front of the office in plain eyesight view. After about 15 mins of hanging outside I walk back in and the same agent acknowledges me and reconfirms that they're bringing a vehicle around shortly. 30+ minutes later or so and no one bringing me a vehicle I simply leave quietly. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME.

Every person I dealt with at the Tryon location was cordial, very customer driven, and responsive. I was given an upgrade and the car was clean and handled well. I usually rent through Budget a few times per year but will definitely use this Enterprise location again.

After many cancelled flights, we made the decision to drive from Charlotte to Orlando. I was able to rent a car and be on the road within an hour, which was awesome! However.. the prices skyrocketed due to the demand from all the cancelled flights. I figured I would pay more, I even upgraded to have a comfortable ride in a Midsize SUV, and what I received was nowhere near the normal standards of Enterprise. Before I even received the car, I signed a waiver stating I would not smoke in said vehicle, then I get the vehicle and it had clearly been smoked in, very recently as it smelt like an ashtray. The car was disgusting with stains all over every seat with crumbs and dirt everywhere. I paid almost 400 dollars for a Nissan rogue, not including the 300 dollar deposit, which would have been half that price on a typical Monday. This was by far the worst car I have ever rented, from any company. Not going to lie, I would expect this from Budget or Dollar rental car companies but not Enterprise. Enterprise charges more, and you expect top quality, not breathing stale cigarette smoke for 9 hours and sitting on dirt. If you are going to price gouge, at least maintain the quality standards that your company is known for. I will say, all of the employees I interacted with, tried their best but were clearly overwhelmed by the influx of customers.
