Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Had a great experience with Enterprise! We did a one-way rental and Jazhiel, the onsite rep, made the whole process super easy. He suggested a car perfect for our needs and explained everything clearly. He was professional but also had great energy, which made the experience really enjoyable. Thanks to Jazhiel for going above and beyond. I would definitely recommend working with him if you get the chance!

Went to two locations had to pay for three different Ubers, the first let me book online but when I arrived they told me they had no cars available and told me to call another location. Called the other location, they told me they could book me, I showed up. They told me the car i had just returned hadn't been checked in because the location was closed that day. They literally had my account open when they booked me and would have seen that. Left me stranded twice on a 91⁰ day and no way to get to work the next day. My car was totaled hence the rental

Do not trust 1105 S Tryon location. They lack integrity and will start charging your card even when insurance said you are covered until car repairs were done. No integriry shown by workers at this location. Hard pass on ever using this location. While there, a few customers saw me crying outsise and came out to show me comfort, as they too were being treated unfairly by this location. That says a lot. Another customer drove me home after seeing how they treated me.

Stop picking and choosing who you want to make vehicles available to! This company is unorganized and unethical!

Enterprise gets an 100 Plus from me because they were Outstanding. Upon receiving my rental car i was well pleased. The associates were extremely courteous, kind, and caring. They made my time with them personal. They made certain i understood everything i needed to know during and after my return as well as picking me up both times. Im grateful and appreciate such professionalism. Kudos S Tryon Branch. Keep up the good work.

My experience with Enterprise was AWESOME. they pulled around a FULLY loaded Chrysler Pacifica & it was by far the best rental I've ever had. I didn't want to give it up. The pick up & drop off was smooth. The car was immaculate. Got my deposit back in 24 hours. I was spoiled. The two gentlemen that helped me were so nice, positive , & excited to assist. I'm coming back to this location because of them & their selection of cars. This rental made my trip from Charlotte to Florida like i was on a 1st class flight. Def recommend, i don't have one negative thing to say. I'll be back in July. Thank you !!!!

Have been to this location twice. The first encounter was with Greg. He was so helpful, kind and nice. Made the first experience seem so warm and welcoming. The second time there, the encounter was with Courtney. When I say, she was also wonderful. Her friendliness and customer service was beyond words. If she is not a manager, she DEFINATLEY should be but the experience with this location was wonderful all across the board. Will be using them again (this location that is). Thanks folks, for making the rental experience great.

The enterprise location 1102 South Tryon has the best service I have ever seen. Every customer happy in and out with no worries . I hate doing surveys . But had to do one for this location. My day was horrible before I got there . It was a woman named courtney that gave some of the best customer service I have ever seen in my life . She was professional , respectful. Fast. But extremely precise and dedicated to the people . I've never ever in my life got treated so well in a place of business . Thank you enterprise But most of all , thank you Courtney . Enterprise needs millions of people like you working for there establishment . You should be the top trainer for all enterprises all over the world . Thank you

Riley & Carley were amazing and accommodating! They greeted me when I entered, explained the process but were also quick and efficient! They were a pleasure to work with. I would absolutely use this location again! Edit: Used this location for another rental in December 2025. I worked with Jordan this time and he was excellent. Another great experience!

Our rental experience started off rocky but ended with genuine appreciation for several amazing team members who went above and beyond to turn things around. Unfortunately, the vehicle we were initially given was infested with ants, which completely compromised one of our travel days during my son’s birthday trip. We spent hours on the 1-800 customer service line getting the runaround about how and where to swap the vehicle, and ultimately had to take matters into our own hands by visiting a local store to have the van detailed and the infestation removed. Amid all the frustration, Greg Blanks at the Uptown Charlotte (1120 S Tryon St) location was truly a bright spot. From the moment we arrived, he was understanding, patient, and proactive in helping us find solutions to make things right. His professionalism and empathy made a huge difference. Greg even went the extra mile to assist with another upcoming reservation I had for the following week, ensuring that everything went smoothly the next time around — and it did! I also want to recognize Jordan, a new associate at the same Uptown location, for his thoroughness and professionalism. During my rental pickup, he carefully reviewed all optional coverages and packages, explaining their benefits for future rentals even though I declined them at the time. His attention to detail and customer-focused approach stood out — exceptional service from someone new to the team! Lastly, I want to extend my thanks to Hector, the manager at the Enterprise location on Car Care Dr. in Florida. He made sure our vehicle was properly detailed and that the ant issue was fully resolved so we could continue our trip comfortably. He also offered to swap the vehicle if a similar model became available before we headed home, showing true care for customer satisfaction. While the situation was less than ideal at first, the dedication and compassion shown by Greg, Jordan, and Hector truly redeemed the experience. Their professionalism and positive attitudes are a credit to Enterprise, and they turned what could’ve been a complete disaster into a much better outcome. Thank you to each of you for your help — you made a difficult situation so much easier to manage!
