Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I recently used Enterprise on a couple of occasions. The first was a rental for a business trip, and the second was for an insurance claim after I hit a deer and my car needed repair. In both instances, the folks at the Winder Enterprise Rental Plaza were very helpful and easy to work with. They set me up with truly decent cars, and I was pleased with their professionalism and customer service. I will rent from them in the future.

Update: Still no response from the location on resolving the matter. Have escalated this to upper management. I wouldn’t recommend renting from this Enterprise location. I had to switch cars three different times because each one had issues that clearly should’ve been fixed before being rented out. It honestly felt like they were just handing out whatever was available, regardless of whether it was safe. At one point, I brought the car back because the tires were shaking badly. Daphine took it for a quick drive and told me it was fine and didn’t need to be switched. The next day, I ended up stuck on the side of the road because the shaking got worse. It could’ve been a serious situation if there had been more traffic on the highway. When I followed up, Jacob basically brushed it off and said the reason I wasn’t given a new car was probably because they didn’t have anything else available. But no one offered to send me to another branch or even check other options. I was just left to deal with it. On top of that, they’re not transparent about pricing. They tell you one thing, then charge something completely different and when you ask for an explanation, they act clueless. I asked Jacob to break down the charges, and instead of giving clear answers, he started tossing out numbers like “150-something” or “160-something” without any real detail. That shows a serious lack of training and understanding of the job. It really felt like customer safety wasn’t a priority. I expected more care and responsibility from Enterprise, and I hope this location starts doing better instead of just taking people money. Update: Still no call from the manager and I called in and left a message.

Great customer service the lady that checked me in yesterday and the guy that checked me out today have great customer service.

The team at this Enterprise location is absolutely FANTASTIC! I was involved in a collision and needed a rental while finding a new car. I was touched by the amount of care and attention the Enterprise team gave me throughout the process - including switching out the rental and extending duration seamlessly. Whenever I need another rental, I will most definitely be returning! Thanks again to the Enterprise team - you guys are awesome!

The best Enterprise rental experience to date. Jacob Harmon provided superior customer service, courtesy, and consideration. I am a long-time Enterprise Rent-A-Car patron, and recently, I needed to switch out my rental vehicle due to maintenance scheduling for the current vehicle that I was in. My original contract was written out of state, but Jacob did not hesitate to accommodate me and ensure that my transition to another vehicle was satisfactory. I really appreciate the service that I received here. Thank you, Jacob! Please keep up the amazing work. I will continue to exclusively utilize Enterprise Rent-A-Car for my rental car needs because of Enterprise Team Members like you. 👍

Courtney was very professional. She handled all my concerns and will use this company again.

I was not greeted for over ten minutes of my arrival and waited close to fifteen minutes for service. I accepted a minivan though, that was the only vehicle available. The van had a very strong odor of smoke and a annoying broken drawer in the dash that slide closed at every stop and open on every go. The staff was polite and apologetic with my situation. General this location is busy and the wait is longer, I will continue to use Enterprise in Uptown; the staff is great and doing the best they can with what they have to work with.

On-site staff was Top Notch. The location of this facility was very convenient to get to. Taking possession of vehicle was quick and easy

The Enterprise Uptown location workers were a blessing in my time of stress from a very unfortunate circumstance I had to deal with. From checking out a car with a worker named Daphine, she was so friendly, helpful and understanding. I appreciated her excellent customer service and admired how well she multitasked with all the various customers who were there. The Uptown (Charlotte,NC) location was the only place out of 3 others I had called that said they had a car in stock in my price range. Checking my car in was such a breeze by the worker named Jacob. He was also friendly and explained everything and it was a fast process. Now onto the car. The car I was given was a Toyota Corolla. It was clean and ran well and I even felt a little sad turning her in. But I’m thankful again for Enterprise helping in a time I really needed it. God bless.
