Customer service said I can rent a pick up truck with an out of state license using my debit card. Upon arrival, I was told by the front desk, I am not able to rent a rental car without a NC license and cannot accept debit cards AND they did not have a rental truck for me either way. I made it clear to customer service I would be coming from out of state to this specific location & was told it would be okay. Do not recommend.
I had multiple AMAZING experiences with this location. Daphine and Bryan made my experience seemless and they went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. They made sure my husband and I had a ride home after dropping off the car, they fought the insurance battle to have them pay for the car, and they did it all with a smile on their face and a positive attitude. I will always use this location and recommend them!
This location is great! Went a few times and everybody working there is friendly and accommodating. Courtney, who I believe is the manager was super helpful, friendly and just pleasant to deal with!
This is one of the best enterprise locations. All staff members are very nice. I would 100% recommend this location.
Love Enterprise will definitely rent from them again, really thinking about buying a vehicle from them in the near future.
The service and attention were excellent. The vehicle I had reserved wasn’t available, but the Enterprise agent provided me with a much better and more comfortable one for my trip. Overall, both the service and the car were a 10/10. Thank you!

Our original reservation was with budget who failed us with the wrong car and over 3 hour wait time. Enterprise stepped up with stellar customer service even calling around for the right sized car to fit our need.
My only issue with Enterprise was that they told me “most people add the damage waver for one or two days” but nothing about having to bring the car back to get the waver off. So even though I paid for just one day, when I returned the car they made me pay for each day I had the car and never told me I had to drive the car back to Enterprise to remove it. Feel like they intentionally mislead me. For this reason I will not rent from here again.
Reserved a dodge challenger with these guys . On the rental day 10/04 my reserved vehicle wasn’t available, for caused inconvenience they offered me a different vehicle, plus said no worries about bringing it back with full tank. Not just they gave me a car that belongs on a junk yard, but they had also charged me double for an empty gasoline tank. Also their customer service is impossible to reach. These company doesn’t hold its word. AVOID at any cost.
