I hope this rating is for the actual enterprise I visited and not the company as a whole - I made a reservation for a car and got there and there were no cars. However, Britney and Alexis got me right. Their customer service was amazing. Had me drive off with what they had at the price that I booked my reservation. Pick up and drop off we’re a pleasure.
I made a reservation, showed up and they told me they had no cars to rent. It has been three days that I have gone to this location to try to get any car that I could. My insurance company is doing everything they can to upgrade the car to make something work. Enterprise just acts like they do not care. The managers at this location just do not care! If you can avoid using Enterprise altogether I would defiantly recommend that to you.
Had a great experience at this location. In particular Britney B and John E were fantastic to work with. Outstanding customer service. They have gone above and beyond to make sure everything gets handled on time and accurately. I have rented from many Enterprise locations in the past but this is by far the best one I have been to. Customer service is lacking in so many businesses nowadays, I can tell you it’s alive and well here. Thanks again for everything!
The team at S. Tryon is awesome. I used to go to the airport to rent but if I let them know in advance what I want to drive. They get it right 98% of the time. Clean cars and a great staff! Thanks from Mr. Stewart. Your tallest customer who prefers v8s lol

I was supposed to drop my car off, but didn’t know I could extend my rental for a prolonged period (thanks a lot, Progressive). Thankfully, Daphine helped me out over the phone with not only a rental period extension, but also showing me how my insurance was misleading me into having me swap cars under pressure. Daphine, you’re a rockstar! 🤘🏽
Great rental car location 1102 S Tryon St. I rent every year for Family Beach Vacation. Location clean, convenient and great customer service.
I had to get a last minute rental on a Saturday morning. I booked a rental online - within minutes a rep(Devin) from the store called and explained the process and answered all my questions and we confirmed the rental. Got to the store and was helped immediately by another rep(Rich). They had a car available immediately that was clean and had about half a tank of gas. Both Rich and Devin were very patient and understanding of my situation. I had never rented a car before and it was so last minute I wasn’t sure about the process, but they were very patient. Had the car for a couple of days and everything was fine with the vehicle, no complaints. Returned the vehicle today with another rep(I did not get his name but he was also very polite). Return went fine, had no issues at all. I briefly spoke with the branch manager to give kudos to the employees who helped me, he was receptive and very pleasant. I was going to take an Uber back to the Airbnb I’m staying at here in Charlotte - however - there was an enterprise shuttle available and they offered to drop me off for free! Customer service at this location was top notch, the cost to rent is pretty expensive (especially as a young driver), however, I understand this is not at all the fault of the employees at this location. Many thanks again to this location, especially Devin and Rich!
I have done business with this branch before. Continue to use them because they explain and simplify the process. Ryan helped me receive my rental. Good conversation. Upon return, the staff was nice as well. Other than the $300 deposit, I have been pleased with the process.
