The entire staff at the Tyron St location is rude. I can’t believe the hassle I’ve had with my Enterprise rental! I traveled from Raleigh to Charlotte with a confirmed rental car reservation, only to arrive and find out they didn’t have a car for me. How can I have a status = confirmed reservation and no vehicle available?????? I got fed a lot of BS at the store.. since they did not have a phone number on file they could not call me to inform me. Well, why does your system allow bookings without a phone number?? Also if you do not have a car available then why did you not cancel the booking together??? This is malpractice, and tomorrow I am talking to my legal team about suing your store manager, area manager, and Enterprise as a whole for malpractice. I checked a lot of google reviews of this store, and a lot of people have complained about the same issue. This malpractice has been going on for a long time here.
Daphine is the best. My flight was delayed three times, so I decided to drive home—but so did everyone else that day due to the bad weather. Despite the challenges, Daphine went above and beyond to find me a car, offered a better price, and ultimately helped me get home to my family. Her selflessness was deeply appreciated. Please continue taking care of people the way you do.
It was a process, Mother's Day weekend, so most of the locations had no vehicles, but we went to the Enterprise on S. Tryon in Uptown Charlotte and after about an hour they were able to get us in a nice rental, so we could get going on our Vacation 😎 Thank You so much to the employees at that location!! They were amazing and so helpful ❤️💯😎
There is and was a reason I chose to select this Enterprise location. Once again, as I expected, the service was exceptional. The Young man took time to gather my daughters information, helped her select the right car, walked her through the process, and had her on her way. Great job. Stellar staff. Kind, polite, and very attentive. The agent that took care of me was genuinely concerned in making us comfortable in the size of the rental we were to receive. Took the time to make sure the vehicle was cleaned and prepared for us. Woulderful service. I highly recommend this team.
The staff in the office were incredibly friendly and helpful both in person and when I called in with a question.
Greg and the entire team were amazing! Great communication and they made sure I was in a vehicle I was comfortable with after my auto accident. Would absolutely recommend any one in need of a rental vehicle to this location!
Well, shoot, friends—I sure hate to leave a review less sunny than a British summer day, but here we are. Twice now in two weeks I've swung by Enterprise Car Rental, excited as a kid in a candy store to pick up my rental, only to find they've got fewer cars available than biscuits after Higgins spots 'em. They smile real big, wish you the very best, apologize sweeter than a southern sweet tea, but gosh darn it—no wheels in sight! Now, I believe in second chances, but folks, a fella needs a car when he's promised one.
I have used Enterprise for years and usually enjoy the efficiency. Lately it is hard to trust that the car I reserve will actually be available. Many reps are so nonchalant and lack empathy that your vacation plans just got ruined or completely off track. Last weekend I reserved a car. Go to pick it up and the rep said he didn’t have it. No apology or help. I call the 800 number she tells me she has something for me on equipment drive. I go there and that is an Enterprise Moving Truck facility. No rental cars just cargo vans and moving trucks. So once again no rental. By the time I get o third Enterprise the staff was great however they tell me they too don’t have what I reserved but they have all premium an upgrades available. By this point I’m two hours late starting vacation drive so I really felt I couldn’t keep this drive around the city hoping to find something up. I paid for the upgrade on top of that two hour wild goose chase. Sad that the service has went downhill so much so fast!
Enterprise gladly took my reservation over the phone. I made my way to this location. When I showed up at the counter they had no car and put me on waitlist. I received a message saying my car would be ready at 11:30pm that night, 14 hours after my scheduled pick up time.
Excellent customer service. The car was clean and well maintained.
