Thank you for the follow-up. The load went good overall and communication was fine. Since this was our first load together, I hope future loads will be smooth as well. One thing I would suggest is using tracking like MacroPoint or Highway ELD, so drivers don’t have to respond manually for every stop update. As owner-operators, we already handle a lot during the day. Other than that, good experience overall.
