I've work with Direct Connect In the pass great team to work with. I recently seen they had new lanes in my area. Reached out and was working with Anthony Rork. Horrible attitude. For some unknown reason when I sign the rate cons I guess it wasnt showing on his end. I received 3 rate con for each one I sign. I got 3 phone call from Anthony Rock, each time I explained, I've sign it. And by that 3rd call I got the worst attitude from this guy. Im trying to explain but this guy was so unprofessional and rude I decided to just come of the load.
We've been working with Direct Connect Logistix for almost 5 years, Very professional team, paying on time, assist anytime we have an issue with the shipper/receiver. Mostly, there are no issues, but if we have so, they are on top of it, Highly recommended,
