Be aware, this broker sends trucks to warehouses that don’t have product so we wait here all day waisting time while they don’t allow us to leave knowing shipper doesn’t have loads. I don’t know why they’re doing it but it’s some sort of a scam. I’ll remember your name for next time, broker
I rarely even do reviews but felt compelled. It was my very first booked load with DCL and the fuel pump went out on my truck before I could get to the Receiver. I just thought they were above and beyond in allowing me to access and handle the situation, get the repair made, and deliver the day after. They didn't call a thousand times. They didn't freak out. They just allowed me to do my part. Everything went as smoothly as possible. I'm fact.... everything went smoother then it goes alot of places when I don't have any trouble at all! I guess that's why it stuck out so much to me. Look forward to working with DCL again!
