Great experience one of the few brokers who are patient & respectful with carriers never had an issue
Very responsive feedback. I understand that the broker, like the dispatcher, isn't on the road. They don't see all the nuances and subtleties of loading and unloading, nor the politeness of the staff at both the shipper and the receiver. But feedback from the broker and support at the right time are invaluable! Perhaps I was lucky with the specific broker at this company, but since my experience was positive, I recommend them.
Very easy working with them, good communication and very responsive brokerage team. We will definitely looking forward working with them in the future.

I have been loading with Direct Connect for some time now. I have always had a positive experience. The folks there I have worked with have been very professional and they pay thru Triumph pay which is also fast & easy. I don't give reviews too often but they have earned my business.
Inept service from a brokerage; absolute lack of communication, professionalism and respect for drivers and carriers time. These guys have a "not my problem attitude," when their loads are mismanaged and not scheduled properly.
Extremely dishonest broker – avoid at all costs. 0 STARS. I used DirectConnect Logistics to transport my vehicle, and the experience was unacceptable from start to finish. The driver provided false delivery updates and repeatedly misrepresented the location of my vehicle. My car sat in New York while I was told it was “on the way.” Delivery was delayed, communication was inconsistent, and I had to involve myself far more than a customer ever should. The driver collected $250 despite failing to provide the agreed service and promised a refund that was never issued. The broker refused to reimburse this charge or additional expenses I incurred as a result of their mishandling and driver incapability and threw it off to 'well your car and stuff were delivered'. Meanwhile they were delivered due to me working over time for my car to be transferred to another driver so the original driver keeping funds is unacceptable. Upon delivery, my vehicle had new deep paint damage that was not present prior to transport. I was forced to pursue insurance claims to address damage caused during transport. When these issues were raised with KAYLA - claims specialist, responsibility was deflected to the driver instead of being addressed at the broker level. No resolution was offered and minimized my horrible experience with their company and driver. I have since filed a complaint with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) to document this conduct. If you value your vehicle, your money, and honest communication, do not use this company. I WISH I FOLLOWED MY GUT and drove my car.
I had a bad experience with this company , BUT I turned my frown upside down and the 2nd load I took from this company I had a good experience. I guess it depends who you book the load with at Direct Connect. Its a good company you just have to deal with the correct person.
