Horrible experience every one of the four times I've tried to use this location. Either the line is incredibly long and they're understaffed or something in the restaurant isn't working (i.e. the card reader, ice cream machine). This fourth and final time was the worst as I ordered via the Burger King app only to be told by the incompetent teens working there that they had just given my PAID order to someone else and then they walked off without any explanation or pretense of decent customer service. Honestly deserves 0 stars. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all costs. I know I will.
Stay in drive thru line. Moved 3 times faster than ordering inside. Food was hot and tasty with flame broiler process. Crew was clearly going out of their way to get your order to you in timely fashion which I appreciated.

Food wasn't good everything cold and old prices was listed on the board wrong customer service was good at all
Tried offering to put out a fire that was by the order sign.... Cashier was super rude instead of thanking me go ahead and yell please hold your bust. Wow and then manager says nothing good job guess you hate working huh. And the worst part the food was ice cold
The facilities weren't wiped down or sanitized. Only some people had masks on. Customer service was 3/5 but the cashier was very kind. Quiet area, right off the ramp. The Spicy Chicken sandwich was actually delicious despite the appearance.
Personable staff and made my order right and got a few onion rings goodies in my fries! Yaay!
That big wide back manager mad me because I don't know the number of the combos baby I don't work there. I put my order in at the speaker. It's not our fault your workers are incapable of keeping orders in order. Yes I said a chicken sandwich because that's what I ordered AT THR SPEAKER WHILE LOOKONG AT THE BOARD. Your attitude so nasty. I dealt with it all until I couldn't. Was you hungry or something my gosh
The lady at the drive-through was rude. She didn't want to repeat my order, never got my drinks or told me my order. When I finally got to the window after fifteen minutes, the manager was nasty. I asked for sweet and sour sauce and she yelled "just one". I was already going to buy them but seeing how service the service was, it should have been complimentary. I was getting food for my father, otherwise I would have demanded my money back. Terrible service and my food is not right. Everybody needs to be retrained on how to deal with the public. And how to accurately take a order.
Showed up at 6:43 pm on 6/24 and was told that they weren't taking orders right now but I could come inside. Leads me to believe that even if I did come in a wait that I'd be waiting forever and the quality wouldn't be worth it. There are 4 other fast food restaurants within a 2 block radius, no need to deal with that.
