Seems like we were bothering the staff when we were ordering. Food was so-so. The cashier was making up the orders in the food prep area. Not sure why, but I suspect they are understaffed.
So far food has been fresh and great thank you for standing out
I visited Wednesday morning around 10:00 a.m. for breakfast, and while they were busy and appeared to be slightly understaffed, the three people who were there did a remarkable job of preparing my food exactly as expected, quickly, and professionally. They were also friendly and attentive, which is not always easy to muster under such pressure. I observed them working together seamlessly, processing drive-through orders as fast as possible while I sat and ate inside. I made it a point to praise the manager for a job well done because I did have a less than stellar experience there a few weeks ago (very relaxed atmosphere in the dining area). The GM happened to be there the day I had issues and gave me his card, which I've misplaced, but I wish I could tell him that my experience this past Wednesday was a 180° turnaround from my previous experience, and the management team clearly corrected any issues I had on that day. I commend the management team and the staff that were working on the morning of 7/16/25 for an exceptional job. Those three are keepers, and I hope they will be recognized for it.
Over 30 minutes in line when there were only 2 cars ahead of me. The car in front of me was at the window at least 10 minutes and still had nothing after another car and myself drove off. I would put a zero if I could and this is the second time. Trash.
Got my order completely wrong the staff was friendly thou. I ordered a cheeseburger meal. What I received was a hambuger with no condiments. Update 06/07/25 drive thru super slow do not go to the outside lane or they will skip you. I watched them take five people's orders and then had to honk my horn to get them to take mine. The worst service in Jacksonville.
I go to this one regularly. As in 1-3x a week after radiation and immunotherapy. usually, it's really good, but last week when i went i got a #7 (bacon and swiss chicken) and they forgot the bacon. Didn't know till i got home, and when i went back, I got accused of just trying to get a free meal. No, I just wanted bacon. Tonight I go, and it's been a bad day already, why should this have been a better experience? it wasn't. this time, they weren't very busy, so I stayed in the drive thru. My window is busted, so my hubby got out of the car, the dude at the drive thru didn't want to give him our drinks. no smile, no greeting, just a tired and mean look. Finally got our drinks, 4 of them, had to request a drink carrier. Asked for bbq, ketchup and honey mustard. Dude gave us reg mustard. had to ask for starws, got 3 instead of 4. Then while I was checking the order for correctness, (they forgot the bacon AGAIN) a female worker came to the window and said "ma'am pull forward, you're running up my time." I admit, I got mad. The manager came over in the hopes he could fix it, sweet and smiley. Reminds me of my old neighbor, and I miss that. But then the woman LIED and said she never said anything about time, and LIED and said she had used the word please. I lost it. I don't like ppl lying. It's uncalled for. I called her out , cussed, told her i'll run every single second up since she wants to be rude. I shouldn't have, and I'm sorry. I ended up slamming the car door (my window is busted and can't open, so my door was open) and just drove home. Checked the food at home, and sure enough, no bacon. I tried to call to apologize, and to explain what happened to the manager, but the phone is disconnected? at least the two numbers on google are both wrong.
I'm done with this location. The last two times I've ordered, both have been wrong. And then there's the issue of the menu prices that change based on pickup or delivery, but thats another therapy session. Their management is lacking and apathetic, no one seems to be capable of actually getting an order right. If I'm paying 20 dollars for burgers, I'll go to five guys from now on. This location is a joke. Do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else, even Checkers is better than this.
The manager is so RUDE I don't care how ur day is going YOU DONT TALK TO CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT HAS SHE EVER HEARD OF THE CUSTOMER IS ALL WAYS RIGHT EVEN WHEN THEY ARE WRONG ...... ALL I WANTED TO KNOW IS WHY ARE THEY MOVING SO SLOW WHEN U HAVE A FULL SHIFT AND LITTLE TO NO CUSTOMERS............AND THEN SHE NOT EVEN IN UNIFORM IT LOOKS LIKE SHE WOKE UP THREW SOMETHING ON Wrapped HER HAIR UP AND CAM TO WORK SO UNPROFESSIONAL.........THE WORST FOOD, THE WORST MANAGER AT THIS LOCATION THAT MANAGER ALMOST SENT US BOTH TO JAIL ........DONT GO IN HERE.... All black tee shirt that's dirty who wants that over there food .......
The staff at this location was very courteous and the food quality is good. Thanks Lem Turner Team for a job well done.
Don't try to order at the counter. They kinda just stare at you until you go away. I'd rather go to the Taco Bell next door. Burger King is too overpriced to also deal with staff that treat you like an inconvenience for existing and daring to order some food.
