Ordered 2 breakfast burritos and some French toast sticks in the drive thru. They made me wait behind the pole so my car doesn’t set off the time sensor by the window. The people behind me thought I was stupid and were upset that I wasn’t at the window. One of my burritos didn’t have egg or sauce on it. So I went inside to get a new one. I saw them microwave it. Not sure if that’s standard or not, but it sucked. Then by the time I got to my French toast sticks, I noticed they didn’t give me any syrup either. So to go back inside yet again. Maybe they were having a bad morning, but it sucked coming to this Burger King.
THE DAY MANAGER IS NO JOY TO BE AROUND. ATTITUDE IS JUST NASTY AS EVER FOR NO REASON. IF SHE NOT HAPPY WITH HER JOB, LIFE OR WHATEVER, WORKING WITH OTHERS AND CUSTOMERS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR HER. CHECK HER BEFORE A CUSTOMER DOES!
I ordered the impossible burger meal with the havesies and a fanta slushy, when i got home i opened the bag to a regular bacon burger (not vegan)and only the fries that were ice cold to the touch and i was missing my whole slushy. DO NOT COME HERE i couldn’t eat any of my food and no one is answering the phone when i was trying to call to report it !!
I ordered a Whopper with tomatoe, lettuce, onions, mayo and ketchup (and no cheese); and they gave me something completely different (bacon ,cheese and something fried on top and none of the items I requested). They also short changed me by $0.60 and Courtney asked that I come back on Friday for the difference. I asked that she write it on my receipt, but she asked if I had a pen...so I accepted that. I also didn't realize that they botched my order until I was home. I drove back up (15 mins from home) and addressed the discrepancies with Courtney and her manager. After they remade my order and gave me my $0.60, I assumed they would have given me something complimentary for my inconvenience...but no. When I asked the manager if they were going to throw something in she angrily said, we made your burger again. So I just said take this back and refund my money...which they did. I took my money across the street to McDonald's (which was very busy) and got a great hamburger. So while Burger King's new advertisement says they have a new and improved product, they don't. Their staff and management remain poorly trained and lacking in minimal customer service and common sense. Its very sad. They also took the original hamburger back into the store, which I think is a health violation...and I will probably report this to the board of health. They only have a 3.3 rating, so that means something. Avoid this place.
I don’t understand how these places can serve hot food with a bathroom that doesn’t work. Does anyone get to wash their hands? Happy to sell hot food while you’ve got poop covered toilet paper on the sidewalk… We had to leave without buying anything.
This is the ONLY BK in 6 states that has worth traveling to for breakfast. I don't know about other times, but breakfast was great. The staff was pleasant, food freshly made, and restaurant was clean. It's definitely a BK I recommend. Actually, it's the ONLY one I'll recommend.
I went in to order and this black woman named Tiffany was extremely extremely rude. I was waiting on uber and she asked me what I was still doing in the store and asked me to please leave and this was after I done spent 12 dollars for food there. Never again!!!!
Next time drain the grease in the burger and I'll pass on the bag of cold rubber fries next time. Make note I cannot really respond on service or atmosphere there was no participation either way. Here is a true fact my mother worked for one of the very first Burger Kings when we lived in Jacksonville Florida. That was in about 1958. Google it!
Every time i go its a long line that hardly ever moves and me being a general manager at fast food, i would never let lines just accumulate like that with no action. Anyway, I went Wednesday around 9/10 the guy manager was outside smoking and talking on the phone while their dt line kept building in both lanes, after waiting patiently for about 10 minutes, they then tried to take the car in the other lane who then told them i was here first. I asked for a large sweet tea and she told me it was no sweet tea, i mean tea is simply a brewed tea bag and some sugar, either the crew was too lazy to make it or the gm/assistant doesn’t need to be doing a truck order if they are out of something as basic as a tea bag and sugar.
I was at the drive through and I simply tried to order a spicy chicken sandwitch meal when the lady at the drive through kept ignoring me, leaving then coming back to ask if I was ready, and getting mad at someone in my car who was laughing at the poor customer service with someone on the phone. She proceeded to tell me I had to leave if I didn’t order because she had work to do even though I already said my order 3 times. I asked what drinks they had and she saracastically said to look at the board, she kept making rude comments. Overall it seems like she has a terrible attitude. On top of that I have prior experience of getting wrong items, missing items, and getting cold food.
