Update 12/23/25 we got lunch today and as usual it was delicious. My mom chanced it and order the onion ring sauce and she said it tasted normal this time. Not sure if we got a bad batch of onion ring sauce. 12/18/25 Don’t get the onion ring sauce. It tastes like bleach. The onion rings were delicious.
Was in the drive thru line at 8:45pm on Saturday night, finally got to the speaker at 9:06pm and the girl just yelled "We Closed!". I had ordered online for pick up and in their window it clearly says they were set to close at midnight. I drove to the window, told me I had an online order and that's when they decided to START MAKING MY ORDER. I'm curious to know where management was when the super young staff decided to close early on a Saturday night.
I can't speak for other people's experience but every time me and my wife visit, it's great. The staff is always pleasant, the food is always good, and the lobby is always clean. We enjoy visiting this location.
The service was extremely slow. I requested cook to order onion rings and when I received my food, everything was cold as if it was cooked an hour ago. Considering we waited for 17 minutes, while other vehicles left, that explains the cold temperature of food. After waiting so long, I did not feel like going in to have them replace my order. I am very disappointed, and I hope the owners read this and follow up on why their business may be losing money. This was earlier today.
The Assistant Manager was pleasant. However, the store was filthy. The drink station had soda spills all over it; there were napkins and straws on the drink station. The grade for the store was not visibly posted.
I should've learned my lesson by now about visiting this particular location. No matter how many times I go there's always an issue. Whether it's with the service or the food it doesn't matter. There's going to be something wrong. The 2 Whopper Jrs that I got were delicious and great. The Chicken Little was old or at least had been fried in old grease. I took one bite and my stomach started turning. I attempted to call the store because I was in the other side of town but of course no one answered. Oh well, I'll learn one day.
Ask for whoppers off the broiler . They were cold, very disappointing, had to wait 10 minutes on them and still cold.
Well I went through the drive through and it my order was taken quite quickly but it's was like 7 cars ahead of me. I waited 20 minutes and decided to go inside. When I walked in I noticed the heavy set girl at the drive thru pants were hanging off her bottoms. I mean almost to the floor. She just kept complaining and was taking orders but didn't seem to care to bag up any food. I told her i was trying to order because I didn't see anybody up front. The manager with the dreads was just scrolling on her phone without a car. The girl at the drive thru said I'm not her problem and continue to take orders at the window as I sat there for another 10 minutes, the manager finally took my order and walked off. It was the cooks who were actually doing all the work I see. Horrible place to go
Cleanest and best Burger King in USA 👍 amazing staff, smooth operation, good communication and atmosphere. After visiting only terrible Burger Kings in South Florida this was a pure joy 🩷
You can rebuild the building , but you cannot rebuild the employees. They served me an ice cold hamburger and french fries that had absolutely no salt! The disposition of the woman at the drive through windows was not pleasant AT ALL either.
