The lady at the drive-through was rude. She didn't want to repeat my order, never got my drinks or told me my order. When I finally got to the window after fifteen minutes, the manager was nasty. I asked for sweet and sour sauce and she yelled "just one". I was already going to buy them but seeing how service the service was, it should have been complimentary. I was getting food for my father, otherwise I would have demanded my money back. Terrible service and my food is not right. Everybody needs to be retrained on how to deal with the public. And how to accurately take a order.
Second day in a row with my order being wrong. When I brought my sandwich back, they still got it wrong. Being polite and respectful, I asked the lady behind the counter to make it a third time, and she cussed me out. The manager was no help, and after 5 attempts my sandwich was still wrong. Not coming back to this location.
Slow, didn't take my coupons. Took me over 25 minutes to get my order. Don't think I'll be going back there anything soon, if ever. But the wife said the whopper and the vanilla milkshake was good, coming from someone who loves to eat fast-food.
Service was slower than a snail in December. I went through the drive through, It LITERALLY took an hour from order to getting our food. There was 1 single car ahead of me. The drive through person wasn't even wearing her mask over her mouth and nose. I will NEVER go back to this location again. Sent an email to the corporate office and the franchisee but was TOTALLY ignored. Worst BK experience ever.
This whole place is great and I just love it
If I could give negative stars I would. This is the worst location. Absolutely horrible customer service. Waited 25 minutes at the microphone and nobody attempted to take my order. Staff is disrespectful and rude. I requested a refund and I had to teach the girls including manager simple math. Order was 25 I gave them 40 they tried to count my change from the 40 as part of my refund. Didn't understand how I would get the 25 I spent back. I had to have them call district manager. Sad I watched 30 cars pull out of the line due to nobody being willing to take orders smh
Service was amazing they did make a couple of mistakes but fixed it I don’t know why they have such a low rating but everything was great!
Great Turn Around....After my last visit 1yr ago I promised myself NEVER AGAIN. And Considering I have relatives who have lived literally right next door for over 50 years-that's saying something.... stopped to pick up my nephew today and as he pointed out "everybody (business) has an off day"'......he was exactly right@ today the service was wonderful, the food was Delicious and I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. They are terrible they want to play around and talk instead of fixing food only one guy that fixed my sandwich came and helped . around 3:30 pm on Tuesday evening.they suck want be coming back to them no time.the lady took my order and stayed outside side the whole time.its sad and bad business
The young lady who was on the register was very patient and helpful.I forgot her name but just no she was such a breath of fresh air compared to some of the other places I stop by to get food from I'm going to try to describe her.she is a young blk tall brown skin thick soft spoken young lady ,she was so helpful an she suggested other items on the menu. But I unfortunately only had a few dollars to get something to eat I'm diabetic.. The next time I go there I'm going to make sure I get her name because she was so helpful and patient with me even thou she new I didn't have much money. Thank you you lady please keep being a good person with a good heart. Ps I wish I could have given her service 50 stars I would have.
