Did an online order, went to pick it up, turns out the store had no hamburgers. How? Place was torn down and rebuilt a few months ago, so it looks very nice. Still...
The absolute SLOWEST, most inefficient fast food restaurant ever. Expect to be in the drive thru at least 35 minutes and that’s before you even place your order, another 10 minute wait at the speaker with only one car ahead of you at the window... I wish I could give them ZERO stars cause they definitely don’t deserve even a half star.
Order not correct in bag, nor on receipt. Never ordering from this location ever again. I paid 14.06 for nothing, didn't even get what I ordered, then the driver was mad I didn't tip. I don't tip if I don't get my food first. Tried contacting Burger King with no effect
Not only did I wait 45 minutes in the drive thru the girl taking my order had a bad attitude and poor listening skills. She even told me they never sold icee,s when it was big as day on the menu . My food wasn't fresh old lettuce and tomatoes the fries was just thrown in the bag they didnt even put them in the holder . I took one bite and gagged it didn't taste right or smell right . I will never in my life visit this location again .
The service at this location has truly improved from several months ago. I actually had stopped visiting due to slow service and poor customer service. As of my last visit, the service was extremely fast, the associate was friendly and the food was fresh and delicious. I will continue to frequent this location as long as I keep receiving this level of service.
So far my experience is extremely poor! I’ve been sitting in the drive thru for 40 minutes now and they’ve moved 3 cars out in 40 minutes! I understand you have to wait at places but this is crazy!! I live around here but will definitely not be back since the one that’s been built at old kings and Edgewood at least their quick moving.
Sat at the drive thru order screen for 5 minutes before I was able to place my order. Then another 5 minutes to get the $5 value meal for lunch. The person that was running the drive thru didn't even take my payment because she was busy
I love this place, but I'm not going to sugar coat anything..first off, with a earpiece on..she asked 3 times what I'm ordering 😳 by that time I said.."OMG", she comes back with.." you didn't have to say that", (I'm shocked) I replied, " as well as you didn't have to say what you did..so we're even", still did get my order 🙄. I've worked to this store..we took pride in maintaining the food and upkeep of the store..it's not the same. And dirty..you need to fire your management team.. because it starts with them..I think they're scared to say anything to the workers..just my thoughts 🤷
When arrived in the drive thru it was dark but they still had all of their lights off, including the menu board, so I couldn't even see that. Then whoever was on the headset couldn't speak clearly so I couldn't understand what they were saying. After waiting in drive thru for about 15 mins they finally gave me my food. It was a Friday night and I worked in fast food years ago, so I know how that can be. I try to be understanding of things like that. However, I wasn't asked if I needed any condiments or napkins and there wasn't any in my bag.
All over the employees there are (most of the young kids) non attentive. Everyone is always in a hurry to do nothing. It takes you forever to order your food then even longer to get it. Then most of the time it's wrong not what you ordered missing stuff. Please explain how this location is still open in business?
