New building but horrible service! Was very excited for them to re open but as this rate they could have stayed demolished. Drive thru took forever got to the speaker and she started my order 3x cause she was talking to everyone in the building the 3rd I was able to complete my order. I’m on lunch so by time I leave this line I risk being stuck in another. Get to the window she was very passive aggressive . Snatched my card whewwwww!!!! I gotta go back to work so today I ain’t have time for confrontations I will not be back here. Food was hot
Im not a fast food connoisseur but this BK was pretty good. Food was hot and well put together. The service was fairly fast and friendly as well.
I think my burger was under cooked and now I am at the ER from vomiting and using the bathroom like crazy. That is the only thing my daughter and I ate. She had nuggets. We were there as soon as lunch started at 1030. NEVER AGAIN!!
Super nice people who was kind to us and let us wait until lunch time started to order, they didn’t have any attitude and the restaurant was clean and quiet. Honestly one of the best restaurants I been to.
i’ve been here multiple times since the remodel and Brittany was amazing she helped me everytime and was so nice and welcoming it made me want to come inside and talk all day. Great service from everyone and the food was made so well even the cooks are awesome. :)
Every time i order from there they eider forget sometin or give the wrong items so i stop going for some time but is the closes to me so today for necesity when there in person and they still short me on my items no recipt and some of the burgers was wrong
Service was terrible. They took 25 min to take my order with only one person a head of me. The floors were very dirty and sticky. I was giving an overflowing drink that kept pouring out of the straw hole, making a mess everywhere. The clerk offered to give me more napkins instead of remaking the drink. After being ignored, I finally had enough and requested a refund. Don't go there if you can help it.
The young lady who took my money wasn't pleasant, nor professional. Her attitude was like, I don't care too be here. The manager came to the window, and gave me my order
The burger was not made the way I ordered it on the app. I love the whopper don’t get me wrong, but the employees had a attitude except for the one that fixed my burger and she fixed it and did it with pleasure.
Why is no one in Jacksonville capable of thinking? Mobile order and I’m still waiting 20 minutes?
