Purge your closet and head to Buffalo Exchange on Lower Greenville you won’t regret it. I had a great experience with the Night Shift team, and I highly recommend checking in online before arriving. When I checked in from home, there was a 65-minute wait with nine people ahead of me, but by the time I arrived it dropped to about 22 minutes. I waited comfortably in my car and watched Kelly and another associate engaging with exchangers in a genuine, welcoming way. Once inside, I ended up shopping (even though I originally came in for cash only). I found some great denim pieces and a blue trench coat. Madi helped me place my items on hold, and I was then assisted at the buy counter by Yesi, who was absolutely wonderful thorough, friendly, and relatable. The exchange process was smooth and transparent, and I walked out with cash after using part of my exchange toward two items. One thing that really stood out was Buffalo Exchange’s Tokens for Bags program. Instead of using a bag, you can choose a 5-cent token that donates to local organizations like Oak Cliff Veggie Project, Humane Society of Dallas County, or RAICES. That small detail really shows their commitment to the community. Overall, an easy, positive experience with great staff, good vibes, and a business that gives back. I’ll definitely be back.

Ugh idk how to put into words how much I love this store and all the employees. Major shoutout to their manager Yesi. She has gone out of her way to help me and so many other customers find whatever kind of outfit or vibe they are going for. As for the selling counter, I’ve always been met with such reasonable re selling prices and I love that they offer to donate the rest of the clothes they don’t take for you (always saves me the extra trip ) I’ve been going here for years and will continue to make it my first stop after a closet purge !!

You can wait for upwards of 90 minutes and still not sell anything depending on whos managing the "sell" counter. There are some attendants who just reject everything while barely looking at it or checking the tag. Meanwhile there are ripped or stained shein clothes on the racks and everything is pretty overpriced anyway. Honestly there are better stores to sell at.

I shopped here and sold my clothes here growing up! Some things are pricey but some things go half off if you see the 50 percent off stamp. They accept more items and offer you more money than other stores that buy your clothes. Came here today to find some swim trunks real quick and they had a pretty good selection. We found some new with tags originally $59 and we got them for $8.50. You can find some good deals in here. Save some clothes from going into a landfill and shop here!!

The older manager with the red hair? Completely discriminatory and racist. I walked in and she immediately started to follow me around. I noticed and asked her where I could find the tank tops, she shows me- then about thirty seconds later she’s back to following me. I literally BUY a tank top and sit down to wait for a friend. She’s around the corner lurking. At that point I look her in the eyes and ask for a refund. It was genuinely embarrassing. Completely horrid customer service. Do better.

The unique and highly curated collection at this location is great for the family. My two teenagers love this store as much as I do. I came to sell for the first time today and Kelly was so friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate his speed, professionalism, and fun conversation.

This is the worse place I have visited in DFW. The customer service sucks, the selling process is the worst, and to top it all off they don’t even have good merchandise on the racks. They have the slowest process when it comes to checking the items and they don’t even really look through your items. Do not come here. Platos and uptown cheapskate are so much better they have great merchandise and there selling process is so fast.

Just had my first visit at Buffalo exchange! It had a wide range of selection for both men and women! I’m a big fan of 80’s fashion and it had just the type of style that I have been looking for! The staff is very helpful and nice! I love that store is very environmentally conscious!

Me and my friend came in around 7:30pm and when we walked the two employees looked at each other, huffed and puffed like the big bad wolf because we had so many items. Bc we had a lot of clothing they barely looked at the clothes. They looked at each piece for a literal second and put it aside. We had sooo many good pieces but it’s obvious that they cater to a certain demographic. I even skimmed thru some of the clothing in the store and the pieces were mediocre and overpriced. The clothes we had were in pristine condition. Oh well tho. I wish Dallas had a rag-o-Rama like Atlanta. They actually look at each piece of clothing thoroughly and take a lot of the clothes.

Yesterday I made a trade and had second thoughts about one of the items I chose. The Dallas, TX Manager, Kelly, was kind and understanding, making the exchange smooth and positive. I found a T-shirt I truly treasure and really appreciate Kelly’s professionalism and care. Thanks to him, I walked out not just with the item I wanted, but reminded of how a little kindness can make a big difference.
