Went a couple of days ago to sell only a few items. The wait time was horrible considering someone with many items came in before me. If you’re wanting to sell be prepared to wait a while, maybe you’ll get lucky and be the first, but with only one person working that section things will move slowly. Staff was incredibly rude and even a bit condescending and like for no reason either. They have this weird attitude when evaluating your items and then have the audacity to lowball you on offers. It’s definitely not worth selling here. In fact, you’re better off selling online or just donating them to a thrift store. I have never had an uncomfortable experience at this location until now.
I have shopped at this Buffalo Exchange location for many years and it never disappoints! I always find great gems and timeless pieces to add to my wardrobe! I have shopped at many locations in the past, from Houston to NY and the Dallas location is my favorite! I only buy clothes that I absolutely love and I always walk out with a few options! The staff is also always kind, friendly and eager to help.
I've been going here for damn near a decade and they always have such great clothes! The staff is very friendly. They were very accommodating to my baby when I needed to change him. Love this place!
They are so respectful and kind when selling and you can tell have a great passion and love for fashion because they seem happy to be there. Didn’t sell as much as I wanted but left very happy and traded for a couple great new pieces
Nice selection but a bit pricey.
Brought in two bags of clothes and they refused to take anything because "these type of business casual shirts aren't really moving for us" even though I had many other types of clothing (shorts with tags on, jeans, etc.) In the bag. Rude customer staff, and the manager was behaving in a strange way toward her employees. I love thrifting, but I'll never be back.
3 pairs of louboutins… 2 pairs in mint condition and 1 raggedy pair… these kids wouldn’t know prime retail value if it hit them on their heads… they were going to give me 24 DOLLARS FOR A PAIR OF REAL ONLY WORN TWICE CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN HEELS…. The shame! Don’t call yourself a fashion expert if you think anyone would ever sell these shoes for less than $700. An embarrassment to the fashion world.
Came here a couple of days ago and I'm just gonna tell you righnow.. if you are not blonde, blue eyes and drives a Mercedes.. forget that you will be treated decent. I was greeted by a young lady that was doing the buys. That itself was the only nice thing I got from this places. Kuddos to that young lady. Secondly I waited over an hour to be assisted. The lady that was in front of me had old winter boots and a couple of clothing pieces. They made an offer on her items. I had shoes with tags never been worn. Stylish, good quality and in perfect condition. Here comes the good part.. as soon as I go up to the counter.. a lady in her mid 60s that works there.. maybe a manager or assistant manager begins to help the young lady that was doing the buys.. the older lady literally took 2 pairs of my shoes and put them right back inside without even considering to continue to look and said will pass on everything. Even the young lady that was doing the buys looked over and was a little embarrassed for what the old lady said to me. I felt discriminated. After I left she walked away and let the young lady to continue doing buys by herself. I have never felt so discriminated in my hometown. I wish I could of gotten the old lady's name. Owners/corporate should take time and address this lady's behavior. 100% distisfied.
Went in with a positive attitude to see if they would buy any of my clothes, as soon as I walk in not one employee greeted me. They saw me walk in I stared at them for a good minute not even a hello or welcome in… until I said hi I’m here to see if you can take any of my clothes. Them two girls just continued what they were doing and told me to wait but still didn’t greet me. Meanwhile more ppl came in they were greeted. Customer service is bad and everything is overpriced. Never again coming here. Plato’s is better sorry not sorry !
It's exactly what you think and with great service. The fashion isn't in the dust and the service is one of the most welcoming experiences I've ever had. The merchandise/lines are in decent condition...but just decent. You should definitely stop by if you're in the area with friends, but don't get your hopes up if you're a "shopaholic" with extravagant tastes.
