Overpriced for really what it is. Why would I want to buy a pair of jeans here for $30? Or a bag here for $30? Also, selling clothes here is a nightmare. The associates are super slow because they just chit chat with each other the whole time. The person you get assessing your clothes 100% makes a difference. Went in with the same batch of clothes twice, once I was offered nothing and the other time they took multiple items. Lastly, they hardly seem to have anything for people over a size 12. I truly think the owner needs to speak with their associates to make sure they’re accepting a wide variety for EVERY size.

I went to sell my clothes at Buffalo Exchange and was turned away because I was accompanied by a reseller. These were my own items, and Karen refused to even look at them. I understand trying to prevent bulk reselling, but this felt arbitrary and unfair punishing customers based on who they walk in with rather than the items themselves. I didn't see any clear signage or advance notice about this, and the interaction came off as dismissive. It was a frustrating, wasted trip. If this is store policy, it should be communicated clearly online and in-store, and handled with more respect. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I used to really love this place and always found a few pieces at least every time I visited. Now I never find anything despite the racks being full to bursting. It seems like they’re carrying more and more new items that they buy wholesale, and less used items which I’m not really a fan of. I found nothing that was cute enough to try on, and the quality of most items didn’t seem to match the price. Not sure what’s changed here but I’ve started to go to other area thrift stores and have had a lot more luck there.

Good cloth for coin trade here. I will say I’m a little disappointed by the selection but that’s just because they didn’t have anything in my taste when I went. They have men’s and women’s options with plenty of gender neutral options. Good brands and quality control but pretty expensive for what it is.

Brought in about 20 new Zara-SHEIN clothes that where still in bag with tags and they said they could not take anything due to the condition. Waste of time selling. Do not go here

The staff were excellent. The selection ran pretty standard for a buffalo exchange. It’s easily accessible and a find atmosphere. The prices were generally significantly higher than the majority of Buffalo Exchange establishments I have sifted through. Worth a stop if you have a general thrift itch.

One of my first reviews ever but felt the need to share my experience after some thought. I've gone to Buffalo Exchange once a few years ago to sell clothes & left with about $45 for clothes not nearly as nice as the ones I wanted to sell a few weeks ago. I brought about 15 items with pieces from Michael Kors, Ralph Lauren, Free People & various other brands. All in wonderful condition, I've uploaded photos for reference. I live a little over 30 miles from the store & through small talk mentioned I live quite a distance away to the girl helping, but based on my past experience felt it would be worth the trip. Unlike the customers before me, she begins getting second opinions from another employee to let her decide that ONE dress & pair of earrings (that still have the tag) are worth selling in the store. I go on to ask about the others and the second lady gives this drawn out explanation of how they have to predict what will sell off their racks so they don't lose money by eventually donating them if they don't resell. What a tragedy to donate clothes to people in need, right? Not even decent enough to to cover the gas I wasted, they offer me $12 in store credit or $7 cash and finish with "sooo is there anything else we can help you with?" So lame. I'm sure people have had better experiences, but the situation confirmed I won't return to sell OR buy. Don't make the trip unless you're okay with the chance of only getting a few bucks served with blatant inconsideration for your efforts.

Thank you to KELLY and KAREN for making my Cowboy Carter dream outfit come true!! It won’t let me post any pictures on the review but I was able to find a fabulous pair of cowboy boots, a denim cowboy hat, white laced blouse, and a jean skirt with jeweled fringes on the seams! They took their time and diligently assisted for about an hour, helping me find the perfect outfit! They offered me premium customer service and I patron there often because of them. Thank you for being wonderful stylists and being great and what you do Kelly and Karen! <3

I had an awful experience here, the girl working the dressing room was disgustingly rude because i was trying out around 8 items. I tried to be very kind to her because they are extremely understaffed but she was constantly rude. I took around 30ish things to sell (Abercrombie ,MESHKI, Free people, Lulu Lemon, multiple pairs of really expensive Nike sneakers) they denied a lot of my clothes because it had a bit of cat hair meanwhile they have clothes covered in makeup stains. They have extremely outdated shoes and clothes and really don’t take any trendy clothes. Clearly they only take hippish clothes.

This place is only interested in cheap, trashy clothing. Tried to sell a 100 percent cashmere sweater originally $150, they offered me $12. A pair of Free People shorts worn once, originally $65, and they offered me $4. Someone walks in with what looks like Forever 21/Dollar Store/Shein crap and they buy all of it. Insane. I waited two hours when I was told 45 min. Will not be coming back.
