My experience was less than optimal, I brought in roughly 30 items only 2 were of interest at $14 total cash. I brought 3 $700 suits, a tuxedo, multiple sweaters and vest from named brands, Sports polos Texas, Texas A&M, Dolphins, Chargers, and Rangers. Non had any value. They said they are looking for a 90s retro look.

There was awesome variety here and a lot of things were my taste. Kelly did an awesome job helping me start a fitting room and making the experience feel fun. I found some great items for my upcoming events. The jewelry and accessories section had so much cute stuff too! I do agree the stuff was a little overpriced. Would have loved to bring home more items but they were kinds priced like new. The quality was decent though.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. The heavier set manager with the colored hair? Had us wait(the only people waiting to sell) for 25 minutes. We finally walk up, she immediately scoffs and turns us away after 5 seconds. I am a social media reviewer and this place is def looking to go on my least favorite. I’ll be sure to tell people to turn away from this place.

Love this place! I stop in and shop all the time in here. Today, Guillermo kindly helped me start a fitting room after seeing my hands were full even though he was busy attending other matters in the store. He’s a newer sales associate who had great fashion tips which i very much appreciated! Thx Guillermo I’ll be stopping by to sell/ trade and shop soon again

I agree with Leigh. It seems they want items that are visibly worn or not in good condition, i guess to fit their “aesthetic” and then they offer 50% credit of their price for the item or 25% cashout which is a slap in the face. Definitely a waste of time today. Im reminded why I haven’t been here in years. Never going back.

I've always had a great experience here- yes, they don't take a huge amount of the things you bring in, because they have a certain vibe they are going for. The items that they do take, I feel they pay quite well for. It seems like unfortunately, a lot of people try to sell things here without knowing that it's mostly alternative and late '90s type of feel. With the 5 items that they took I was able to get $50 in store credit which was great because then I was able to get things that I will actually wear. Alternatively I could have gotten $25 cash which is probably still the same if not more than I would have been able to make on eBay (without having it sitting around for several months, waiting for it to sell). So overall I feel like their payout is quite generous compared to other thrift or consignment stores. They'll also donate the rest for you unless you want to take it back and do it yourself, which I opted to do so that I can get a donation receipt elsewhere, but it's still nice that they offer the option. Been here three times and had a great experience every time. Also a big plus is the fact that they have a lot of dressing rooms, because we all know that women's fashion especially doesn't have very standardized sizing, so it's great to be able to take my time trying things on.

I sat & watched the buyers pass on some many cool pieces while waiting to sell mine. I told my friend we should open a store & call it "All the cool stuff Buffalo Exchange passed on". The problem isn't that they "pass" on things, it's that they're incredibly snotty about it. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because their Earth Day $1 Sale is great.

Unfortunately, today was my last visit! I have been coming here for a while now, and I finally realized That Buffalo exchange is just another place trying to take your money. Although the staff comes off as nice Buffalo exchange is only looking for cool hippie clothes and if you come in with anything that is slightly outdated, they will not buy it from you and if they do, they will give you barely any money. I’m so done with places like this trying to take your money it’s definitely a better option to just sell on depop. I love To support businesses that promote Donations to charities and things of that such but the overstock here is just as bad as any other place.

Store is filled of niche trendy clothes, polyester, and just sorta funky items. Came to drop off some clothes, waited an hour, and they didn't take anything. They have a chalk board listing what they are looking for: Athletic clothes, natural fibers, summer/closet basics. I brought in good quality jeans, basic summer shorts, ABYL athletic wear, and some tops. It seemed like it was what they were looking for so i waited. If you're looking to sell, don't expect much until it's trendy quirky clothes from fast fashion places like h&m, zara, and shein! Workers are nice tho.

I just really wanted to leave a review and say how HAPPY I am with how Buffalo Exchange has improved in the last year or so. I’ve been coming here to sell and shop pretty consistently for the past 6-8+ months or so and just keep having such positive experiences! To be honest, I stopped shopping and selling here a few years back because it seemed like it had taken a bit of a downturn….BUT my sister encouraged me to give it another try last year, and I can say that it really has improved! I’m not sure what changes they’ve made internally, but it’s great now. Their buyers work hard to be knowledgeable and price consistently when I bring things to sell, and then I always seem to find something I love when I shop. Keep it up! P.S. Yesi is amazing and such a joy to see whenever I stop in to shop or sell!!
