Don’t waste time selling here. Picky, rude, and pass on the same things they’re selling in the store. They don’t even look at the clothes for a second. They pick it up and put it in the no pile. Take it elsewhere

I sat there forever andthe two people that were working spent a good half hour on one person not really acknowledging that we were even there or that there was four other people in mind waiting it was ridiculous and the prices I looked at this funky sweater it was not anything really that great it was 38$ that's a little ridiculous I thought oh my goshyou can go to a retail store and get much better prices.I wont my shopping list that's for sure.

The woman in the "dang" hat is the most fake robotic person I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. She had the most condescending attitude I have ever met for someone who works behind a clothes counter. I was having a good day until I walked into Buffalo Exchange. Never coming back and I've been in out of that place for over a decade.

The waitlist system is BULL CRAP. tells you to expect 35-45 wait, head to the store after a 30 minute drive. Wait inside… and wait and wait and wait. I just left the store at 3:05 and was not seen. Joined the waitlist at 1:40 pm. They said the system is wrong sometimes. After waiting for that long I said I’m good I’ll head out now and she said are you sure ?? Ummmm after waiting almost 2 hours for nothing.. yes I’m done here. I’ll never ever come back. 1st photo is time I joined waitlist. 2nd photo is when they said I had 5-10 min. I heard her say they send this out when you’re next to the person who had just went before me. 3rd photo is the time I called them, 30 minutes after the second email, and walking out without being seen or acknowledged of the amount of time I sat there. Before getting up and walking out with 3 full bags of clothing.

I wanted to share my experiences at Buffalo Exchange, particularly regarding a manager who has consistently made my visits uncomfortable. As a PLUS sized Black woman(don’t know her name unfortunately), she holds a significant position, but unfortunately, her attitude leaves much to be desired.Every time I enter the store, I am met with rudeness and a dismissive demeanor. Instead of feeling welcomed, I often feel judged and unwelcome. Her interactions with customers lack the basic respect and kindness that one would expect from someone in a managerial role. It’s disheartening to encounter such negativity in a place that should promote a positive shopping experienceI believe that leadership should embody support and encouragement, but this manager's behavior has done the opposite. I hope that Buffalo Exchange can address this issue, as it significantly impacts customer experiences and the overall reputation of the store.

This place is a joke. I brought in two bags of jeans I’ve never worn. Tags still on them. A combination of skinny jeans from fashion nova, some YMI jeans etc.. She didn’t choose one item stating that my items were not trendy. Since when are jeans not trendy?? Her AWFUL PINK HAIR is what’s not trendy. Don’t waste your time.

Good luck if you’re a man selling clothes here. The time I went I unfortunately had a guy with painted nails and colored hair selecting my stuff. Needless to say I wasn’t offered anything lol. I went another day and had a regular guy looking through the same stuff and he did buy some of my stuff!

I’ve been coming here for about 3 yrs. I’ve found some good pieces here & there but don’t even bother trying to sell to them unless it’s new with tags basically. Do Facebook marketplace or just donate to Genesis or elsewhere (they take donations here too). If you’re selling tops, they’re only looking for bottoms at the time. If you’re selling bottoms, they only take tops suddenly. Very selective yet when you shop you see multiple items that are damaged, with rips and stains. Like WUUUUT

Loved this place! Not too crowded, well organized for recycled clothing, cute and unique pieces. The staff was so helpful in bringing clothes you'd like to try on to the fitting rooms, the fitting rooms were clean, and I accidentally stayed about 15 minutes past closing and no one said anything to me about leaving! Super great service and will definitely be back
