Went a couple of days ago to sell only a few items. The wait time was horrible considering someone with many items came in before me. If you’re wanting to sell be prepared to wait a while, maybe you’ll get lucky and be the first, but with only one person working that section things will move slowly. Staff was incredibly rude and even a bit condescending and like for no reason either. They have this weird attitude when evaluating your items and then have the audacity to lowball you on offers. It’s definitely not worth selling here. In fact, you’re better off selling online or just donating them to a thrift store. I have never had an uncomfortable experience at this location until now.

The store is clean and organized. The employees are... respectful... some are a teeny bit "fake sweet", but no one was rude. The clothing is very trendy. I like classic and timeless pieces so I ended up only getting some simple earrings. Randomly, I did see my former principal's teen daughter there... she found some dresses! It's a good store, though it's not my style. I might come back when it's colder see what coats and boots they have.

The person with bright pink hair has taken absolutely nothing the last few times we've been. If you see her and actually want to sell, just come back another day.

As buffalo exchange locations go, this is a better location. Wish there was at least one more location in Dallas (or Fort Worth) but can't complain. Selling here is great, the buyers are very nice (they won't take everything you bring in - it's their job to be picky!) but they will take on trend items and higher end brands, or combinations of the two. Be cognizant of bringing in items someone might want to pay $20+ for and you should have good success selling here. I've had good luck both buying and selling here. My one and only criticism is the items for sale that are clearly bought wholesale from boutiques, which are always new with tags, in multiples, and abysmal quality. Also the parking isn't ideal, but neither criticism is unique to this location - they are both chain-wide issues, which is why I wouldn't didn't dock a star for them.

I love shopping here, but selling has been a different experience. I arrived before opening and was second in line. After entering and waiting for about 15 minutes, it was announced that you needed to scan a QR code to hold your place in line. Unfortunately, I hadn’t scanned it, so six people who arrived after me were able to go ahead because they had scanned the code. To make matters worse, there appears to be no limit on the number of items a seller can bring. A woman who arrived after me and got ahead due to the QR confusion brought four large black trash bags, a clothing basket, a huge Ikea bag, and a large box all full to the brim. The poor employee had to sort through hundreds of dirty and unsellable items while I waited. It might be helpful to establish a reasonable limit on the number of items a seller can bring to streamline the process and improve the experience for everyone.

I’ve been a Buffalo reseller for 22 years now, and I’ve sold all over the country. I’ve really enjoyed the past year-and-a-half buying/selling at the Dallas location. There’s always a lot of cool and unique merchandise, and the people are just as cool and unique. I’d like to give a special shout out to Karen, the new manager. She is a fantastic person who has worked at BE locations from New York to San Francisco. I can honestly say she knows just about everything there is to know about vintage and current jewelry, accessories, and clothing. I’d also like to give equal props to Kelly, who’s also a manager. He’s brilliant, kind, and one of the most savvy buyers. Alejandra, Yesi, Jennifer, Kristen, and Sam are amazing, too. I just love them ❤️ Excellent store with amazing vibe.

My only issue with this place is not finding cool stuff..but every time I been there..and I been there plenty of times to notice that when I go in the store..nobody will say hello or welcome to me..but if your white..they'll be "Hello welcome to buffalo"how have i noticed? Because I made eye contact with the lady behind the check out counter..it bother me for a few moments Because it happens everytime ..so I started browsing and be the bigger person..30 seconds after me white person walked in and right away the same person said "Hello welcome to Buffalo!!..

Don’t bother selling here. The lady going through clothes didn’t look at my items, was rude, threw them on the ground sloppily. They’ll decline name brand items and put Shein on the racks. Store is a mess and service is slow.
