Found everything on my shopping in stock. Plenty of handicap riding carts available. Quick checkout. Clean store and restrooms. My favorite big box store. They also have plenty of items Sam's and Costco don't have in stock. For example water, paper products.
The prices are Ok, you can find most things the same price on sale at the grocery store. The biggest downside is the service. You have to wait in a long line to checkout yourself on a machine that asks for an attendant at least 4-5 times. Why not take that membership fee and hire a few checkout agents? I will not be renewing and am going to seek out a store that actually has good service.
Their customer service is very good, considering what they do. Their meat is better than most around here, ESPECIALLY for the price. We buy 80% of our groceries here and have very seldom been unsatisfied. When we had a problem, customer service was brisk, efficient, and courteous. No hassle, no quibbles.

The prices are always good. This is especially the best place to buy good meat at a good price. The store is very seldom crowded. They added self checkout a couple years ago. So now if you have a few items that need to get out quickly you can. The staff is always friendly and it's always a very clean and enjoyable place
I just waited 20 minutes for somebody to show up to the shed I wanted to buy to then tell me to wait more while he walked around looking for the 2 the computer said they had in stock when I went to guest services 3x to see if somebody was still coming to help me. After about 10 more minutes, I'm told they made a mistake in the computer. The 2 8x10 sheds don't exist, and they won't sell the display either after being told they would by a staff member. So I waited in this store for 30 minutes to walk away empty-handed. Oh, the dude that finally shows up said to check the orange park store after wasting my time. How about checking your stock?
I just bought a membership and made my first trip to the store. I was pleased about the low price for gasoline and televisions. I was not pleased about having to stand in line for 25 minutes to be able to check out. I only had about five items, the two people ahead of me only had three items each. It just seems the process for the cashiers must be very complex. After that 25 minute wait I headed for the exit and then I had to stand in another line for almost 10 more minutes to have my items checked against my receipt. I'm not sure what I was supposed to have been able to steal between the register and the exit door because they have it gated off, but obviously it's enough of a big deal that I had to wait 10 minutes just to be checked. I'm not understanding the need to treat guests like thieves.
I don’t think it’s funny when the manager is sittin on the clock having a laugh. When the self checkout is having errors and needing assistance. He’s just standing right in front of me having a jolly time with other employees not working. Maybe they take their brakes in the checkout lines IDK. But they should have been getting help for the only person checking out with a line 10 deep. For clarification, I had over 20 bulk items in my cart that were required to stack on the tray which doesn’t work over like 100 pounds. Edit: I want to clarify This comment is specifically targeting this location on Philips hwy. After today’s experience I am thinking of canceling my whole membership not just avoiding the closest location.
I brought a pack of starbucks mocha Frappuccino and after drinking a few bottles i was drinking my next bottle and realized there was white specks in there i have never seen that before so i am now worried 😟
Fine if you like coupons, rarely a sale without coupons. Great price for gasoline and propane.
