I have been telling these people they suck at communication. And not once have they made things better. I fractured my spine and I have had to do injections and chiropractor. I was informed today that my case is basically settled without me being advised if I wanted to fight or not and the money I am getting is basically all going to the medical probably so now that I have a back injury for the rest of my life I will probably see nothing to compensate for this. I will not sign the documents until the attorney calls me and I find out why I was not informants or given Atleast how much I would be getting to see if I want to pursue more or keep what they offer but no just an amount and them saying my medical will come out of that money which we all know if basically all of it . I need an attorney to call me ASAP

Well I'm going to say not to use this law firm now Mr.Nick was cool, explained everything to me clearly, we spend about an hour on phone, I do appreciate his time, NOW THEY GOT ME AN UBER RIDE 4 TIMES, 8 RIDES TO THE CHIROPRACTOR AND BACK HOME WHICH WAS ABOUT 3.3 MILES, TRIED TO GET AHOLD OF THEM FOR A WEEK TO SEE ABOUT WHEN I WAS GOING TO DO THE MRI, WELL FINALLY HE CALLS ME UP 3 WEEKS LATER AND TELLS ME THAT 4 DAYS BEFORE I RECEIVED THE CALL THAT HE JUST RECEIVED THE POLICE REPORT, AND HAD DONE ALOT OF WORK ON THE CASE ALREADY WHEN HE HAD BEEN WORKING ON IT FIR 4 DAYS, NOW THIS WAS THE 25th Of JULY, WHEN I ALREADY MESSAGED AND EMAILED HIM AND THE FIRM TELLING THEM THEY WERE NO LONGER NEEDED, NOW I'D ALREADY RECEIVED THE POLICE REPORT ON THE 13th Of JULY, ONE OF THE BIG WILL ATTORNEYS CALLED ME PUSHING SAYING THEY ARE TAKING THE CASE END OF STORY AND THAT IF I WAS PERSISTENT IN NOT LETTING THEM REPRESENT THEY WERE GOING TO PUT A LIEN AGAINST MY CASE BECAUSE HE DESERVED 33% OF THE ORIGINAL WHEN HE DID NOTHING NOTHING IS LAW FIRM IS A LOW, SORRY TO SAY I GUESSED I WILL HAVE TO FIGHT HIM IN COURT AS WELL SO THIS FIRM IS NO DIFFERENCE THEN THE DRUNK DRIVER THAT HIT ME AND THEY DID LIE TO ME ABOUT A FEW THINGS BUT Thanks again for nothing appreciated it....R. I rarely leave reviews. Please find you another attorney. Most of them are scammers and really don't care about you or your case...just the money!! Communication is and has been HORRIBLE. As much money as they made on me and my son's case, we should hear from them wwwwaaayyyy more. I was not really happy about the settlement, as I thought they looked out for more of themselves than they did us. Granted the medical bills were paid, but I feel like most of the service rendered were grossly overpriced. They found all these "medical professionals". I am still dealing with my injuries from the accident and this last part is a constant reminder that I am still not completely done with this. They are not the easiest firm to deal with. People are constantly leaving, making promises they cannot keep, not empathy, losing docs, and only concerned about their portion. To make matters worse, one of the lawyers was very rude when I told him that I was not happy with the settlement or the communication received during the case. I should not have to keep chasing them to get answers. They always seem surprised to hear that no one has reached out or updated me on my son's portion of the case. Our case is going on 5 years old and has been settled. I am waiting to setup plans for my minor son, so that he can receive his settlement when he is of age. I just want what is due to my son and be done with this company. The accident has caused so much undue stress and I was expecting this part of the process to be easy, but it has not been. Hoping to get this resolved soon. Still waiting on a text or call back since 2/14/25 from Alex, Augustine and Mr. Prevost. So over this!!!!

After going through Angel Reyes for my vehicle accident I will never go through anyone els. They have been there with me every step of the way! They plan my Dr. appointments witch makes things way easier and check on me frequently. Over all very nice people!

This office will push you to run up your medical bills and then possibly drop you for no reason. I was called and dropped because the insurance company claimed the wreck was my fault.l asked if they would look at the police report before doing this and all they would do was repeat a phone number I could call. So, I found a great law office that fought for me and got me all the money I was entitled to. I would think twice before using this office.

I had a very disappointing experience with this firm. I hired them to represent me in two separate car accident cases. In the first case, they dropped my claim after the insurance company denied it — without fully investigating or fighting for coverage, despite the fact that I had uninsured motorist protection. Later, I discovered that the denial was likely in bad faith, and my new attorney is now pursuing compensation that should have been fought for from the start. In the second case, involving an 18-wheeler that clearly caused the accident, they began handling the claim but did very little before I changed attorneys. After I switched, they threatened to place a lien on that case, even though they barely did any work. This felt like retaliation and completely unprofessional. I would not recommend this firm to anyone seeking strong, thorough, or committed representation. My new attorney has been far more attentive, aggressive, and transparent in just a short time. I am very disappointed that this attorney’s office knew nothing about a rideshare endorsement, which was not offered to me when I purchased my insurance. As soon as the adjuster told them they were not gonna cover my claim they dumped me and left me stranded with medical bills, pain and suffering and $20,000 worth of damages to my car. They just simply walked away from everything then to add insult to injury, they are trying to make money off my second case when they couldn’t even handle the first case.

Too bad there's no negative star. I absolutely agree with the reviews that say that there's no communication about your case with this firm. I was sent an email stating that my (simple) case may take 90 more days of (non) activity. This is May, my accident was in October. When I call them, no answer, no return call. I understand time, but they should consider courtesy. I was released from the chiropractor more than 2 months ago. Why not get my case out of your way, and move on to the next poor soul that gets sucked into your dilemma?
