Just wanted to say Angel Reyes & associates were very helpful and quick to make sure my medical and rehabilitation needs were met. They also made sure that I was fully compensated not only for my accident but also for time off that I missed for work. Thank you Angel Reyes & associates.

If I could leave zero stars I would honestly. I've had nothing but problems with this law firm from the get go. My accident was last year in June. I ended up getting moved after all my appointments were done at the first chiropractor to a second location. Treatment was definitely better at the second location. However the lack of communication and unprofessionalism is rampant here. I ended up speaking to supposedly the attorney that was handling my case...a Mr Ryan Snow. He said he'd fight and didn't care if he had to take the case to court. It took until the end of September or beginning of October of 2024 for them to get the other insurance company to accept liability for the accident. The other driver was at fault. I ended up needing a spinal surgeon consultation. I was told that I actually needed a spinal surgery. Well that didn't happen. The other drivers policy maxed out at 100k. The surgery was estimated at 388k. So I was told by multiple people at this law firm that it would go beyond the policy limit. It's now the end of February. My car was fixed but has since been repossessed because I haven't been able to work. I'm still in constant pain and nothing from this law firm. I was told by a Rem and a gentleman by the name of Ram that at the beginning of February 2025 that they have received the payout from the insurance company, yet we are at the end of the month and I have yet to be contacted by anyone or been told what if anything I'll receive. Please stay away from this law firm. I've had nothing but bad dealing with them. Are most of their employees nice? Yes, but to be honest it isn't their body or their family so they don't care. It takes weeks to get a response from anyone. Unless you hound them and stay on top of them they will not return your phone calls. Again please don't go with this law firm... like a previous review stated it's like a puppy mill. They just try to get as many people and cases so they can get paid. Edit: Just called to leave a complaint. Spoke to a Kenneth. It is after-hours, was told that I couldn't even leave a complaint because he did not have access to my information. Yet he used my name. I was told to call back tomorrow. Well I will have to but I highly doubt that they'll contact me. I've been attempting to get a hold of someone but again horrible customer service. Someone from the customer satisfaction team called and spoke to me today. I was told that someone from the team would call me back today to answer my questions. As I previously stated no one called me. I reached out and left a voicemail for Mr Ryan Snow the attorney on my case. I also reached out to and left a message for Rem Chan and left a message. I will have to call back yet again tomorrow to have simple questions answered.

I’ve seen some recent negative reviews for this law firm, and honestly, I don’t understand them. I just closed my second case with them, and once again, they helped me win with a favorable outcome. Here’s what people need to know: these cases take time. The lawyers here are handling a heavy caseload, and you have to be patient and trust that they’re working behind the scenes — even if you’re not hearing from them constantly. My case started back in May of last year, and we just reached a settlement yesterday. (April 3rd) It was absolutely worth the wait. My attorney, Maria Fotopoulou, is truly the best. She didn’t treat me like just another case number — she made me feel seen, heard, and valued as a person. She fought hard for me, and I felt supported every step of the way. This woman doesn’t just talk the talk — she walks the walk. She’s compassionate, driven, and knows how to get results. If you’re looking for a legal team that knows what they’re doing and actually cares about their clients, this is the place. I would choose them again and again. Thank you, Maria — and thank you to the whole team — for everything you do.

This firm is great in handling cases and they break it down for you so you can understand your case. I'm very happy with them and I will continue with this firm and recommend them to anyone who wants a firm that listens to the clients needs.

In the beginning everything is smooth you get medical help they even contact you to see how your doing then after the case moves forward you hear crickets nobody contacts you for months on end literally my case has been going on for over a year still nothing no contact at all this by far has been the worst law firm to go through I’m getting a lawyer to sue them for emotional distress and also financially I’ve lost my home and bills have been a struggle but they don’t care about you they just want to see how much they can get from your case! Do not believe the good reviews because before the case is even done they will ask you to do a review! Update 08/11/25 they closed my case without contacting me or anything run fast don’t even waste your time!

I had a accident back in November and I hired them. They called and called for information sent me to the doctor I think I went probably five times all together including therapy. Well my insurance company sent them a check for 30,000 dollars and someone by the name of Danny sent me a text stating my case settled on the 23 of October. Now it is passed on to someone named Kimberly to do the disbursements and I should here something in about a week. Fast forward to today November 3 I have been calling to speak to Kimberly every time she not available I have called just about every day they state I will take a message for her to call you back never get a response. I feel like this is fraud now because they received that check I haven't received a dime and I am the one that got injured.I spoke with Danny before he supposedly gave this case to Kimberly and he stated I should receive close to nine thousand after they took out for bills and their part. I haven't received anything and Noone is willing to talk to me now. At this point I am going to contact the Texas Attorney General Consumer Protection Division along with the Texas Department of Insurance. I have accumulated a lot of debt that needs to be paid and this company taking all of my personal injury insurance settlement is not right nor did I sign up for this.

I regret ever contacting this law firm. After signing a contract with them on a Saturday, I called the following Monday to cancel because my family and I decided to give the insurance company a chance to do the right thing. A week later, they called me again, and I politely repeated that we no longer needed their services. Instead of respecting my decision, their staff (Gabriella) tried to pressure me into staying with them, insisting that “insurance never pays fair.” I made it clear we did not want their help. Unfortunately, my mistake was trusting that a verbal cancellation was enough. Weeks later, they began calling me non-stop—even during an important business meeting, causing me extreme embarrassment in front of clients. I had to block their number because the calls were literally every minute. At no point did they send me an email or letter explaining why they were harassing me like this. Then, out of nowhere, I received a letter saying they were placing a lien on my case—even though they did absolutely nothing for me. I never used their services, and made multiple attempts to cancel right away. I am devastated. On top of dealing with a car accident that involved my entire family, losing my vehicle, struggling with insurance delays, and having to buy another car out of pocket, now I have to fight a law firm that I never even worked with. ⚠️ Be very careful with this firm. Even a single phone call could cost you more than your real problem. They take advantage of people who are already in vulnerable situations.

This is the first Law Firm that I have every experienced such grace and concern for a case. I truly feel that they are treating us as FAMILY, from the frequent phone call check ups, to the text messages, it's all received with love. My sons medical treatment has been excellent. The chiropractor that was chosen has a way with children. My son feels very comfortable at his visits. Thanks A Million.

It takes a lot for me to leave a review, but this situation can’t go unspoken. My experience with Angel Reyes & Associates has been incredibly disappointing. My case has been open since November 2023, and from the start, the communication has been terrible. They’ll only call when they need something signed — after that, good luck getting a call or voicemail returned. I signed paperwork for the three-way split of the settlement over 6 months ago, and since then, I’ve been completely ignored. No updates, no callbacks — just silence. It's like once they get their portion of the money, they disappear. It feels like you have to fight tooth and nail just to get what’s rightfully yours. This situation has caused real hardship in my life. I had hoped to use my part of the settlement to help my cousin get treatment for cancer, but because of their delay and lack of communication, I couldn’t. That’s time and opportunity we can never get back. Just like someone else said in their review: “Most of these attorneys really don’t care about you or your case… just the money.” That couldn’t be more true in my situation. They’ve made money off my case, but made me feel like an afterthought. You constantly get passed from person to person, people make promises they don’t keep, and it feels like no one actually cares. If you speak up about it, you get attitude or are simply ignored. This whole experience has been a nightmare, and I wouldn’t recommend this firm to anyone. I just want what’s owed to me, and to be done with them for good. I’ve been waiting and waiting, leaving messages — and still nothing. UPDATE: I’ve finally received my settlement — and while I’m relieved this chapter is closing, I can’t say the road here was easy. I truly wish communication had been better throughout the process, as it would’ve made a world of difference during such a stressful time. That said, I’m thankful to have this resolved and can now begin moving forward. I appreciate the resolution, even if it came with more frustration than I had hoped for. I genuinely hope the firm can improve how they communicate with clients in the future — it matters more than they realize.

I wish I Was never introduced to this law firm. I started my case with them back in April, and after going to the chiropractor and seeing all the doctors, I assumed that everything would be moving forward. For the past few months, they have been asking me for the same ER RECORDS THAT I DON’T HAVE AND THE HOSPITAL, CAN’T SEEM TO FIND. Be mindful that this is also a doctor I went to on my own not one that was recommended by the chiropractor who connected me to this law firm. I don’t understand why they just can’t move forward with everything that they have And process my case. I don’t know if this is a tactic to just get more money on there end but it sucks. My insurance company Has already process paid and fix the damages to my car months ago!!! Now they’re telling me that I have to wait on the law firm to process the injury claim. It doesn’t make any sense that we’re playing the waiting game On documents, we know that we are not going to get. I’m so frustrated. I just wish I never even brought my business to this law firm!!! I have even asked for them to release my case to someone else and I Just pay them for what they’ve already done And they won’t do that either!!
