They was quick to take the case..They Communication is not on point. You barely can talk to a lawyer they can never give you no time frame on anything.. They do not communicate with each Otha because they kept giving me different stories.. like i literally called every week.. The process is very long and slow. Very frustrating at this point which a year later..

I too am worried about my case… my case has been open since 10/2022 and I haven’t received back good communication once I signed everything.. they keep telling me we are waiting on PIP but we have been waiting for a long time, not sure why it is taking so long… I am ready for this to be over with. Some people have been helpful but that’s the past and was the beginning. I feel like I was rushed to sign the paperwork and after that kept in the dark… I pray someone is listening and can also help me….

As of right now I can’t even get a refill on a pain prescription for my mother while we wait on approvals for procedures it’s been over 3 weeks. ANGEL RAYES law firm I hope you help this woman at the bare minimum get a prescription to keep hanging on. Update: 600$ office visit for a prescription refill

Please please if you’re thinking of hiring them for your personal injury case & you have minors in your case please note that they won’t pay you till your minor turns 18 & that depends on how the judge handles the case . If the judge decides the minor will get pay in parts after turning 18 you won’t see NO money . My case has 3 years 3 months & they already got all the money from insurance but they won’t give us anything since my daughter is not 18 . I’m calling them asking them for solutions I even asked them I wanted to speak with the lawyer and I guess he’s really busy because they NEVER want to transfer my call . I’m tired & frustrated is just not fair we are the ones who suffer in that accident we are the ones who didn’t have a car after the accident it was a total loss & the lawyers get to keep most of the money . Please find a better lawyer who can actually work for you & treat you with respect & dignity.

I would recommend Reyes to anyone. At first, I was a little skeptical because some of the reviews were CRAZY to say the least but, I can say so far, I am completely satisfied with this firm and the work they have done for me and my family. The time frame it takes to complete is a pretty long process so that is the only down fall but other than that they have been nothing but amazing. They have worked diligently to resolve my case and have kept in contact along the way to keep me updated on what is happening. If I could provide any type of advise for someone who has been in a car accident and is looking for an attorney I would advise you to hire Reyes and allow them to do the work for you. The grass is not greener on the other side and I learned that the hard way. I made the mistake of calling one of the big know radio ads first and after that became a circus I had to call Reyes and hire them to fix the mess and they have done that and more!! I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from this agency regarding my case. I reached out multiple times through calls and text messages requesting updates and clarification, but my inquiries were ignored. On two occasions, I was told that someone would follow up with me, but that never happened. What’s even more concerning is that decisions and deals were made on my case without any communication or consent from me. At no point was I kept informed, despite my consistent efforts to get answers. The only person who reached out to me was Fabio, who apologized for the situation. I truly appreciate his professionalism, and I don’t believe the fault lies with him, but rather with the team as a whole for failing to maintain proper communication. Clients deserve to be informed and involved in their own cases, and unfortunately, that did not happen here.
