UPDATE-I am keeping my review as is because of the way my case is being handled. The communication is piss poor and I will not be using them in the future! Long story short no one can answer your questions or they simply all give you different answers. They sent out a check then say they are putting a stop check on it because I can't cash it yet. Then they can not give a date on when they sent my sons case to the courts so that I can have a idea on when I can expect his case to be settled. Just a complete mess! There is so much more I can add but keeping it short. Someone contacted me last week asking to change my review and that will not be happening. I never do reviews but this was necessary. Save the disappointment and go find a different attorney! Everything was okay in the beginning with communication but then slowly started to become very minimal. I have to agree with the other review that they only contact you when they need something signed. They rarely answer the text messages, when you call you get voicemails or someone that knows nothing about your case and never answer emails. When you need something they give you the run around or don't even reply. They do a horrible job with explaining things that are vital to know about your case. When you ask general questions they give you half answers and just leave you with nothing. Your case is going to get passed off to so many different people its ridiculous. I dont even know who the attorney is that is working my case. When you ask to speak to someone that actually knows your case or above the person that has no information they refuse to let you or act like they don't know who to transfer you to. This may not be everyone working for the firm but this at least goes for the people I have been in communication with. Also, make sure you get copies of all the paperwork you sign for future reference!

This company seems to not know what’s going on with my case. I leave several voicemails and no one return calls. No one is able give me the answers to my questions. Feeling unhappy and unheard at the moment.

I contacted Reyes & Associates after I was T- boned at a red light. The other guy's insurance was great at first. After a couple of days the intense pain set in. They were dragging their feet on fixing my car, so I looked up Reyes & Associates. Another concern I had was that no specialist would touch me since my condition was the result of an auto accident. They said they would only treat me if i paid everything out of my pocket. At 77 that was not an option! Reyes & Associates got right on helping me get medical attention and set about putting me on the right course to take care of this situation. I go to a chiropractor three times a week and it's wonderful. I strongly recommend these guys.

Everybody that I dealt with at Reyes Browne law firm was very professional, and they kept me well informed about my case as it progressed. I was very satisfied with the outcome of my case, and I felt like they went above and beyond my expectations! Thank you soo much everyone at Reyes Browne! I would definitely recommend them if you need an attorney. I really appreciated all the great help the provided my family and I in getting all my medical bills paid, and the compensation I received! They deserve these 5 stars!

Avoid this Attorney - Terrible Communication and Service (UPDATE: Since posting this review and being analyzed by google, they have removed over 10,000 5-star reviews from this law firm. I HIGHLY SUGGEST TO ANYBODY WHO'S DEALING WITH ANY ISSUES THAT FALL UNDER "MALPRACTICE" FROM THIS LAW FIRM TO REPORT THEM TO THE STATE BAR AND FILE A GRIEVANCE IMMEDIATELY!!!! ) ***********First of all, let me start off by saying, DO NOT trust their 5-star reviews. when you call for a consultation, they basically try to embed it in your brain to leave a 5-star review immediately without even receiving the service yet. Note this is why they have so many reviews in a day's period. ************ I hired Reyes Browne Law after being involved in a motorcycle accident, hoping for legal guidance and support during a difficult time. Unfortunately, my experience with their firm has been nothing short of disappointing. From the outset, communication was abysmal. Emails and calls have gone unanswered for days, leaving me in the dark about the progress of my case. It fills like I'm constantly chasing them for updates, only to be met with vague responses or excuses for the lack of progress. Not only does their unresponsiveness add unnecessary stress to an already challenging situation, but it also makes me question their dedication to my case. It seems as though they are more interested in collecting their fee than fighting for my rights and ensuring I receive the compensation I deserve. To make matters worse, when I finally did manage to get a hold of someone from the firm, they seemed disinterested and unprepared to discuss my case. It was clear that they hadn't done their homework or taken the time to familiarize themselves with the details. In the end, it was too late to seek representation elsewhere, as they have received the check from insurance months ago and are withholding it from me, when Michael started working on the final steps of my case, he promised this would take no more than 6 weeks... we're about to hit the 3-month mark. Note I was out of work for over a month since my case started in early October not once have, they had the desire to meet me in person. Since that time that I've been out of work it's been a hassle to try and catch up on bills I was expecting to have my settlement months ago as promised by them, but it's been delay after delay. I'm honestly frustrated and fed up with Reyes Browne Law firm, especially now that Michael ignores me and won't return my calls. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice and explore other options. A lack of communication and dedication is unacceptable, especially when dealing with something as important as a motorcycle accident case were I almost died. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for competent legal representation.

Angel Reyes & Associates always put me first with my claim, I loved that they always checked up on me to make sure I was ok and if I was being taken care of by the providers. Highly recommend!

Complete communication break down… At first these guys where doing an amazing job calling and texting me at least once a week to see how everything was going and seeing if I needed anything throughout my Physical Therapy, right up to the moment my case was settled. Then I was completely ghosted. Every time I try to call for an update, it’s impossible to get a hold of anyone handling my case. I’ve called and left voicemails to every single individual supposedly “handling” my case Not a single call back.. I've only gotten 2 responses via “automated text” stating the same exact thing in, going on, 3 months now and still waiting.

Hello, today I leave this review as I was able to get involved with this law firm, the most informal having my paycheck secured 3 months ago and still nothing happens. Give me all the money, it's not yours yet.

I have changed my rating from 5 stars to 1 star. Our automobile accident happened on September 29th of 2023. This was the first accident I had ever been involved in and needed a law firm that was going to guide us in the right direction. They were giving 5 star service during the first couple of months after our accident. Communication was great, calls and text messages were being answered. We were being given regular updates since we didn’t know how the process worked. They really did seem to care. Then they went radio silent. They stopped responding to text messages and WILL NOT return calls after leaving several messages. Then we will receive random messages stating the same thing they have said months before with no status change. I was really hopeful that they were going to treat us with compassion and genuinely care about our case. We were sadly mistaken. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was turnover and new people had been assigned to our case but it has been the same individuals. I’m not writing this to disparage them in any way, I just want resolution to our case. I guess our case is just small potatoes for them and may have fallen through the cracks. I hope this review helps them to do better.

I decided to go with Angel Reyes & Associates. Instead of them investigating if the drunk driver who hit my daughter and myself had insurance. They sent us to a bunch of unnecessary doctors. Turns out the drunk driver has no insurance and I now owe thousands of dollars in medical bills (over 10,000) because the doctors they decided to send us to does not take our insurance.
