This law firm SCAMMED me, plain and simple. Someone else hit me, and they told me to keep going to the doctor to “get more money,” only to tell me to stop once my medical bills hit $20K — even though the other driver’s policy limit was $30K. Now the doctors want $20K, the firm takes 33% ($10K), and I get absolutely nothing. They got paid, I got screwed. They promised to negotiate a 30% reduction a month and a half ago — still nothing. It’s been over a year since the accident and claim, and they’ve done nothing but waste my time and leave me stuck with the bills. They don’t care about clients — just their cut. Stay far away. AVOID

I am so annoyed with this law firm , I reached out to them in 2024 after being in a very traumatic car crash that resulted in me not being able to work for a while and still not being able to work , bills on top of bills plus a child to take care of … asked for a little loan they said they couldn’t help because I’m assuming that’s just their company policy, why am I still waiting on a settlement if I was told the person car I was in insurance has already paid them out , communication is terrible and I just want to be done with it all together I wish I would have just went with another law firm that communicates and doesn’t ignore you until they need u to send in documents etc … I’m so over it .. like I can’t wait for it to be done .. I’ve been through enough already and this is just something else to deal with , yes I understand it takes time but it’s about to be a whole other year … how much time do u all actually need !!! NEVER AGAIN !!!

An absolutely horrific experience dealing with this law firm. My case has been in process for over two years with little communication from the “team” working on it. I’ve called and texted multiple times per week since January and haven’t gotten one response. The insurance companies have already sent this firm my payout, and now Reyes Browne law firm has gone MIA for months. This company feels like a scam, and I’m incredibly disappointed with this firm and I would never use them again for anything.

This firm made me lose out on ever getting my car back they assured me the other party would pay to get it out which never happened since it took forever to get proper communication for both parties. Theyve also already been issued a settlement check by the other party but now its been almost half a year on going back and forth with the providers and they just tell me it's taking a long time. Its been hard to know what exactly was going on as well as the person incharge of my case was changed multiple times. Overall regret going with this firm wish I would have gone else well. Im still suffering from the damage that was done to me mind you.

I don't really understand these bad reviews I have had great communication since my wreck 2 weeks ago. Everytime I leave a message the attorney calls me back and after our conversation I receive a follow up text. They are great and the only thing is the other drivers insurance is being difficult and I dont have to deal with them my attorney does it all. Thank you!!

Just horrible communication all around . This is my second case and it's been a nightmare . No calls returned . Call last week and still waiting . I didn't even know about my case until I got the lawsuit. My insurance was put on there to without my knowledge or approval. Which caused me to be locked out my account by my insurance.called about settlement loan . They wouldn't do that . Well, I was told they may do a advancement still haven't heard back . Find you a lawyer who will respond and care about their clients

Do NOT sign a contract with this attorney! I had a car accident where I was not at fault. My car was total loss. Angel Reyes accepted my case, requested that I see several practices (including chiropractors and Imaging). I followed their instructions as I have never had a car accident in my 35 years of driving. They initially told me that they would cover expenses even if I was found liable. I was NOT found liable but about 5 months into my case, I received a strange call from Angel Reyes that they had dropped my case!! Now I am receiving calls from doctors requesting repayment and these doctors are not in my medical insurance network and I have been left to figure it out. I have contacted Angel Reyes and spoke with them and they’ve verbally stated AGAIN that they will cover the bills but then nothing. I have since called again and they are no longer accepting my call and they are not calling me back. I am completely left hanging. Angel Reyes failed me and I am left to deal with this. Do NOT trust them with your case!!
