100% Recommend! Great communication with attorney and their settlement team! Very knowledgeable. After my auto accident they were always great in communication especially my attorney and their settlement team. Thank you to KEVIN KALRA who was my body injury attorney and was always willing to help me and also went above and beyond to help me with my accident claim! I had a very negative experience with Angel Reyes and Associates. The firm took a significant amount of money from me but provided little to no help, and communication was terrible. It was nearly impossible to get them to answer the phone. Instead of advocating for my best interests, they pressured me to settle with the other insurance firm, even suggesting the fault was mine. To make matters worse, they were incredibly disrespectful and threatened me over email. I would not recommend their services. I’m telling you now it’s better off to go to Herman and Herman or Thomas J Henry

Updated review: I agree with most of the reviews about communication. When i first began working with this firm communication was on point. We have just recently reached settlement and the check has been mailed to the firm. I texted for an update but it took them a week or so to respond whereas in the beginning I would get communication right away. I understand the need for patience but when you have bills that need to be paid and a car that needs to be repaired it's easy to get frustrated with lack of communication. I'm still waiting to receive my portion of the payout. Not having a vehicle and waiting months for a settlement check is very frustrating and disappointing.

I hired the firm in March after my car accident. They’re nice people but their response time to their clients could be a lot better. They’ve gotten all my medical records except my MRI and that’s holding me back from my settlement. I just wished they worked as hard and diligently to get me my settlement like whenever they text or call and need me to do reviews for her company

I had the same experience as LarryB. It is truly unbelievable. When I initially spoke to them I told them that communication was extremely important to me- he said he had me covered and all these comforting phrases. After I was all signed up for the next day maybe two days they were great after that - nothing . After a week of silence the assistant said we are looking for Surveillance video ect. Surveillance video????? I gave you the traffic cam footage!! She said they could not get the police report … what???? Today is the 1st, since before Christmas IVE been trying to reach them. For weeks I cannot get an answer. I told them “You probably don’t care because y’all are going to Christmas parties and shopping ect. I am sitting over here I lost my car (it was totaled) my job, and injured. It is before Christmas and I have .73cents literally what am I going to tell my son ? That there’s no Christmas this year.. .Yall said yall would help me but it’s been weeks and no results no answers whatsoever”…….THEY DID NOT EVEN ANSWER ME!!! As of today they still have not. I have never had this kind of experience with someone that after 3 weeks couldn’t find out if this person has insurance. I gave them her name her picture where I thought she was working where she picked up her vehicle where she showed her proof of insurance. What the hell ? They wanted to go after MY insurance !!! Are you crazy ???? there were 2 others cars involved go after them not me!! I will never forget how Angel Reyes and Associates let me sit there at home on Christmas with nothing no phone call no text no money no transportation trying to explain all of this to my child, because they are lazy.

Lots of mixed reviews about this firm. Nice people and all. Communication was better at the beginning of the process. Once doctor visits and chiropractor visits ended, they left me hanging. You won’t hear from them anymore they just abandon you . I would go with another firm honestly.
