Just horrible communication all around . This is my second case and it's been a nightmare . No calls returned . Call last week and still waiting . I didn't even know about my case until I got the lawsuit. My insurance was put on there to without my knowledge or approval. Which caused me to be locked out my account by my insurance.called about settlement loan . They wouldn't do that . Well, I was told they may do a advancement still haven't heard back . Find you a lawyer who will respond and care about their clients

Stay far away from this law firm! My husband was involved with a vehicle incident it was a open/shut case. He is permanetly injured from this accident the other insurance has already paid the check. This law firm is sitting on our money which we probably will not see a great portion from as they are taking 33% of it for doing absolutely nothing! There communication is sloppy, and non existent we have numerous evidence of trying to contact them with no communication back this whole process has been awful and its already coming up on a year since the accident. I wished we would have researched more and hired someone else.

Excellent law firm. I appreciate these guys. I definitely chose the right professionals to handle my matters. Yvonne and Josephine have been superior and genuine with communication and services throughout my case, which is still active. The guys in the background that you never see who handles the business end of the stick with litigation are more than qualified! They mean business! An amazing team! From the moment I contacted them they have gone beyond amazing! This is my first time seeking help and they have definitely not let me down and have helped me understand every step of the way! I’m glad after searching around I stumbled upon them and decided to take a chance! Won’t be disappointed if you do the same.

I only acquired their services a little over a month ago and I must say, the communication has been outstanding. If I call and my lawyer can’t talk at that moment, I get a return call within hours not days. Questions are answered true phone calls or email in a very timely manner. I’m happy I hired this team.

Made the biggest mistake allowing them to represent me. Please find another attorney. Beyond disappointed! UPDATE* although you publicly shared what type of case I had. I was only referring to the work ethic and behaviors I personally experienced. I was not guided as expected, weeks with no reply or update is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Again please find someone else period.

Stay away they are extremely pushy asking to leave a 5-star review. Well, I will not leave a review until I feel confident you have handled my case. The driver accepted fault my insurance has already received payment for my vehicle. The lawyers advised 2 months ago they are collecting my bills. All medical bills have gone to collections. Do not use the suggested therapy office. I was gullible and in pain so went with their advice. I was told basically all my medical invoices totaled exactly the amount the insurance covered?? Is that not a coincidence. They claim they are negotiating I have a strong feeling they will come back with some low-ball offer if at all. Do not go use them , do not use their physical therapy referral they work together charge high rates to keep any portion of settlement available.Stick to a smaller firm that can dedicated the time to review and be communicated with. This has been going on almost a year there was no need for court driver admitted fault therapy was 6 weeks so what’s the hold up

This law firm IS FRAUD don’t hire them i had a accident and i went to accident and injury i was told i was signing paperwork for physical therapy but instead a lawyer I WAS UNAWARE i was told i could retrain ANYTIME no cost or charges i have it recorded i was spoke with someone Aug 27th and a lady called me back Aug 28th to get more info when i realized this was not for therapy but for a lawsuit i let Kenia know immediately that I did not need a lawyer she was answering my calls and my text but when I told her that I did not need a lawyer and that I did not approve to have a lawyer, she stopped answering my calls , and emails she had an attorney call me to ask why was I not needing them anymore and I explained that I was told false information he said that he was gonna send me my withdrawal papers never got them had to call the office EVERYDAY until the lady called me back . I let them know August 29 that I did not need them and they’re trying to say that they are owed 30% and they didn’t do anything. Please be careful this office is a scam. Do not book with them. Do not hire them as your Lawyer. All they want is money. They are a liars and Scammers PLEASE BE AWARE A

Im not the one for reviews,but i have to give credit were it is due. Im not promising you a win but i am promising that Angel reyes will leave no stone unturned in the fight for you. I had what seemed like an impossible case. I felt helpless. I spoke with Angel reyes firm and they really took the wheel. The hardest part for me was dealing with the pain i had . They took care of everything. Seamlessly. They turned a very unfortunate situation around. I felt that i was made back whole as best i could. They ended up winning the case. I got pt that helped to heal me and they got monetary funds back that helped to make me whole again. After not being able to work. If you are on the fence. Lets this be the push you need. Again check my account you wont see but maybe 2 reviews. I only do them for exceptional work. We often sperad the bad but i wanna be here to spread the good! I don't ever usually write reviews but I felt like I needed to in order to let other people know if they're considering this law firm. I am 26 and I had my first accident and have never experienced anything with claims and cases and I went with this law firm and I got to say it was the worst experience. Lack of communication, lack of updating, don't know what had happened but the assistant that was helping me had left and the new assistant that took over couldn't find my files. To top it off, they didn't really help much with the case and they didn't do a great job as far as gathering supportive information. I wouldn't consider this place, find a better lawyer.
