Multiple staff members were unable to assist me when the self-checkout overcharged me. I was first told by the attendant that no one could help me since the customer service desk was closed for the day, and told me I needed to return the next day. When I asked for the manager I was told they were busy. I did not have the chance to speak with the manager directly as one of the attendants was acting as their go-between. Calling corporate did not help either as the representative did not understand my problem and repeatedly tried looking up my rewards account.

Would give 1 star if I could, but basically the store policy for parking in the parking deck includes spending more than $20 and the sign is hidden that states this! You still have to pay $4 to park and buy groceries here. I advise shopping where there is free parking and better advertising of store rules. Never had this problem when it was Fresh Grocer.

Excellent customer service by the lady in the cooked food department (12-5-2021/4pm) with the black face mask. Professional, polite, friendly and very helpful. Thanked me and said come again. I definitely will return because of her. Clean, well stocked and short distanced from our home. Would be lovely if the hours were increased though to 24/7 hours of shopping.

Wow! Since the last time I was in the neighborhood and this store, the place has changed--and for the better! I'm not sure why Acme bought out this Fresh Grocer, but I'm glad they did. First, this Acme has an older, more mature staff who knows how to handle the store flow and customers. Secondly, they renovated the floor design to a far brighter and more organized place. Yeah, the aisles are still small, but that's due more to the limitations of inheriting a space than the poor planning of it. Acme did a great job with what they got-- and I *love* it!!

An armpit of a store. The prices are far too high and the selection leaves much to be desired. To add insult to injury, they are too cheap to fully validate your parking. It's a better deal to go to whole foods.

Great selection of meats, vegetables, fruits, soft alcohol, and anything you can really need. It's always bright, clean, and well-organized. 95% of the employee encounters I've had have been pleasant and helpful.

security guard is so racist it's actually unbelievable. we got to the store at 10:45pm and was right behind a white man, who the security guard let in, but he would not let us asians in. when confronted, the guard would not tell us why he let the white man in but not us. do not put up your hours as closing at 11pm if you're going to not let people in. more importantly, don't hire racist fools.

Very good selection of high end groceries but like all Acme locations their prices are Higher than other markets. I found the employees eager to help, ready to be of assistance, courteous, and motivated to give customers a worthwhile shopping experience. I only buy their bargains or when there is no other alternative because I have to watch my pennies.

They have beautiful flowers, although their prices have gone up; it’s still a go-to place for all occasions.

In terms of what they offer it’s like any other grocery store. Nothing special. The produce is not very good. That said, they generally don’t restock shelves for very long periods so if you’re going at a time when it’s been busy expect to have to substitute a lot of your items. Store is often busy but they do not open up extra lanes making it a slow experience. This also makes it very hard to shop as lines regularly back up through the aisles. Also, don’t trust the hours they list. The store closes well in advance and employees will not let you in. Very frustrating to have made the trip only to get turned around, especially as the hours aren’t that great for a city grocery store anyway.
