The prices here are insane!!! I honestly do not know why they are so much higher than other groceries stores in the area. You can weirdly spend less money at Whole Foods and get better quality products for less money. Only go here out of absolute necessity
First time to this Acme, nice clean and organized
I like to visit local area grocery stores while traveling, this location was closest after I heard a radio commercial for exclusive candy being available here. I was able to find the candy as well as the giant cookies available in the bakery, which were a huge hit with myself.
Usually I like this place but recently just today, the security guard accused me of theft. Did it infront of everyone who was outside the store, I quickly showed her my bag like I got off my shift and was hungry but they didn’t have what I wanted so I left and wanted to get home quickly since my feet hurt from standing . She walked away quickly after I showed her my bag then stopped and was like sorry with no emotion.
I dont remember leaving any stars but since I did I will leave an actual review. I'm southern and I love Kroger, Ingles, and Food Lion. Acme has an honestly better selection. My only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because I have went multiple times to cash a payroll check issued printed by the company I work for, Hard Rock, and the scanners never work to cash my check. I lost $172 because I do not have a bank account so I went to Acme. I was made to sign the check. They couldn't cash it. So I went to United Check Cashing who could not cash it due to their policy of not cashing checks that are signed beforehand. Please fix those machines. Please.
The grocery store part is nice but the lack of toilet paper in the men’s stalls is wild.
The guard fights with customers to buy Pokémon. When someone buys a Pokémon, he stands next to them and reminds them to let him buy the Pokémon. He makes sure there is a spot to buy the Pokémon because no one wants to argue with the guard. I like shopping here.
Probably the worst grocery chain in this region and this location makes the case. The store always looks like a tornado has just been through. For weeks, the shelves have been empty. Things like milk, yogurt, produce …all wiped out. It’s a shame there is no nearby competition to visit.
I’m embarrassed that I don’t know this young girls name , but the girl with glasses and blond hair at the wine and beer section at Acme is A++++ always so sweet and so kind this girl is A+++ When I see her I’m always happy because she’s always so kind give this girl a raise make her manger I’m sorry but everyone at this Acme is so rude this young lady is a breathe of fresh air Reward her she’s the best
