The Capital Grille

Our party of six people came to the Capital Grille to celebrate a birthday. We were immediately welcomed with smiles and a welcoming vibe as soon as we walked in the door. The hostess asked what the occasion was and that is when the magic started. Before we got to the table, the table cloth was sprinkled with celebratory decor to mark the special occasion. Throughout the night, different staff would wish the birthday girl a happy birthday to make her feel special. Antonio was probably the best server I've ever had in my life. Antonio was happy, very attentive and made us all feel special for being there. The ambiance of this restaurant is upscale, though you don't need a dinner jacket to dine here. The loberster Mac and cheese appetizer with the 10oz filet was just perfect. The Manhattan cocktail was shook tableside and when all our entrees were ready, an army of back servers brought out our food at the same time like the movies. I just love this place so much. We will never go to the Met after this experience. The Capital Grille is now my #1 favorite restaurant. Thank you Antonio for making our event so special!

Stopped by for lunch and had a pretty pleasant experience overall. The staff was friendly, and we were seated right away, which is nicr. The place itself was clean, and the seating was comfortable. I ordered the seared tuna along with a lemonade. The tuna dish was good. The lemonade was a bit too sugary for my taste, but I can see how others might prefer it that way. All in all, it was a good experience. Not somewhere I’d probably go for lunch on a regular basis, but if someone else is picking up the tab, it’s definitely worth it ;)

At 6pm on monday night ! It started almost full house. It suddenly busy iy might clinets came from convention center ! Our wedding anniversary was beautiful dine and comfy night. Service was exceptionally great amd detailed and made us neat and felt home ^^ kind manager, server and host and everyone ^^ Steaks were little dried but the soft bread and sweet butter might made us full earlier with great Orin Swift Palermo Cab/sauv. I loved mood and environmont and antique franchised steak house in fine dinging style ! Try it out at least one time. P.S. Michail was amazing worker over our special night sincerely !

It was great to visit on a special day. Their service was amazing and the servers were friendly. They have tablets for wine menu and it was easy to check the information of wines. The overall food was good but I think the flavors could be improved slightly. Their coconut cream pie was too sweet and heavy to have after finishing steaks.

Very Enjoyable evening. Thank-you, Carlos. My friend and I had a great time during a wonderful culinary experience. We had the Calamari for starters. Filet Mignon grilled to perfect medium rare and finished with Creme Brulé that was definitely top 5 in the world for me. The maître d very generously held my jacket and bags in a safe closet in the front during our dinner and brought it to me upon my exit.

What a magnificent dinner! Very classy place, and the service from everyone was prompt and excellent. Caesar salad was very fresh and the dressing had awesome flavor. The ribeye was cooked perfectly and every single bite was absolutely delicious. I normally don't order dessert, but after the first few courses I had to see what was offered and decided to go with the coconut cream pie. Underneath a giant pile of whipped cream was a tasty puck of coconutty goodness, and the accompanying butter cookie was a marvelous treat. I'm usually quite disciplined when sticking to specific dietary restrictions, but everything here was so amazing that it was totally worth the calories to splurge.

I had a wonderful experience at this elegant restaurant in downtown Seattle. The salmon was absolutely delicious, and the wine selection was very good. The service was awesome from start to finish — the staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help. The atmosphere is spacious, sophisticated, and perfect for a nice dinner. Highly recommended!

At Happy Hour, enjoyed a special on red wines, and wagyu burger and fries, all very delicious. We had excellent service from the bartender that served as our waiter. Went during the week and enjoyed a nice uncrowded ambiance before the dinner rush. This was during Restaurant Week in Seattle.

Service is 5 stars. But the food is not. We ordered the oysters, prawn cocktail, lobster bisque and aged New York strip. The seafood was fresh but lacks flavour. Lobster bisque tasted like flour. Steak was dry. Overdone. Very disappointing.

The service was fantastic from arrival to departure of the restaurant. Staff was very friendly and considerate of every possible need during visit. The ambiance was great for a night for two (I was here for a wedding anniversary). The steaks and sides were delicious, and cocktails were very good. Definitely getting your money's worth at this steakhouse. Also, Carlos is a great waiter!
