The Capital Grille

Enjoyed my meal at The Capital Grille. Service was excellent, attentive and informative. Slight issue with one of the items ordered but our waiter quickly addressed the issue. Crab and lobster cakes very delicious with lumps of lobster. Lamb chops where Great and will be my dish of choice moving forward.

Nice friendly fine dining American restaurant. I really their seasonal copper river salmon and their fresh creamy lobster biquse. Both are so delicious! The service are friendly and attentive too.

I am really impressed! Josh the manager, the waitstaff (Amber) and the chef really have a strong desire to make your experience one you will always remember. I am still thinking of this amazing meal and the way we were treated and it’s been 2 weeks! Thank you for putting so much care and attention in everything you do to make your guests feel special. What a night we had :)

We stayed in Seattle for our anniversary. Since our original celebration dinner was not romantic, we decided to give this place a try, where is just a block away from our hotel. This was an amazing overall experience. From the pastry basket to the complimentary celebration dessert. The service team made our dinner unforgettable, especially our waitress, Amber. We didn't made the reservation in advance. After Amber knew it, she started to arrange the rose patels on the table, a card, and a gorgeous dessert plate. We had a wonderful night here. Thank you, Amber and your team.

The first time I went here it was very Immaculate and perfect I went for the Capitol Hill hours the bartender was very attentive every time he made my drink it was the exact same way for 4 rounds the second time that I went it was a different man and instead of just saying that they ran out of the peach puree for the peach bourbon drink that they had he just made something up or winged it i guess. I also got the sliders and the meat was delicious and well seasoned but the bread was dry they didn't have any glaze or a aioli or some kind of sauce like a tomato lettuce or grilled onion or something and you only get two little sliders and it's like $20 I understand that theyre a prestigious place but they don't have to rip people off. They should be able to afford to put some mayonnaise and mustard on their sliders or some thing. And also I think that no matter which bartender you have the drink should be consistent across the board. I basically was drinking some kind of alcoholic lemonade..itwasnt peach bourban smash. The service here is always excellent and it's a very beautiful location and I always make new friends because it's a great sociable place where you can turn and start talking to people and i professional people

Expensive, small plates but my filet mignon was perfect. The service was by far 5 stars. Wouldnt expect anything less for the prices. My friends steak and lobster was tiny though, I had to give him some of my filet to even it out.

Very nice steakhouse. Good wine selection and nice beers. The steak was perfect. The French onion soup was ok but could have been better. Old school. Good service nice bar.

Within a minute of saying that it was our anniversary they had a table with rose petals and a personalized card ready. We were treated like rockstars, the food was amazing and the service was equally great. This is the place to go for a very special experience.

Loved the atmosphere at the Capital Grille. We had cocktails and dinner here and it was wonderful ☺️ Our waiter was super nice and very polite.

Amazing atmosphere, decor, and top notch service. Felt like a very personalized experience and we loved the touch of having our martini's shaken and poured table side. Perfect for a special occasion or date night! We went for my BFF's birthday and the service was great.
