Wonderful Thanksgiving meal. Food and service top notch. Consistent across the brand from city to city. My steak was delicious. The crab app was dry and needed cocktail sauce too. Plus when we got there, the place was not that busy, yet we were seated right by the kitchen and food runners.
Had an amazing date for my anniversary in here. Service was 5/5⭐️ The food and wine were great too. Tried the aged NY strip & bone-in ribeye steak, those were recommended by the server. Thank you for the complimentary desserts, I love it! Definitely a memorable experience for me and my partner❤️
We had the private dining booked for my birthday and I was so impressed. The servers were absolutely fantastic! Very professional and kind. They went above and beyond. All our guests left feeling satisfied and were grateful for the amazing team that made this happen. Not to mention, the food was INCREDIBLE!!! Will definitely recommend this place to others if they have a bigger event or party. Thank you again!
Ambiance was busy and a bit loud. Service was a little slow even tho we sat at the bar. Our bartender though, was so accommodating and kind. We had lamb and fillet mignon both dishes were delicious paired with the calamari and the best crab cakes I've ever had. On the other hand the espresso martini was exceptional and the lovely dessert was on the house. We will be coming back.
I was taken there for my birthday and EVERYTHING was AWESOME! Antonio had the table with gold stars and confetti - the food was made to perfection. My kids who were visiting from HI could not believe it even with all the high end restaurants that they have in HI. I am for sure coming back and my kids have said the same thing. If you want to have an evening like no other, you must come to the The Capital Grille!!! ❤
My husband and I went to the place for our 39th wedding anniversary, and it was amazing!!! The steak, brussel sprouts, lobster bisque, French onion, bread, and steak were exceptional. The dessert, table decoration, flower, and card that they made especially for us was above and beyond. Thank you to Antonio for making our 39th so special, and I highly recommend going to this place.
Went to The Capital Grille in Seattle for my wife’s birthday, and we had an incredible experience from start to finish. The steaks were cooked to perfection, the service was outstanding, and the wine list was impressive with so many great options to choose from. The atmosphere was elegant yet comfortable, and everything was spotless. Overall, it was a fantastic evening—we’ll definitely be coming back!
This place is so, so busy and I went during the week so you probably need to come early or make a res for a weekend night or with a group. But I loved all of the food I had! The field green salad, I had with the citrus vinaigrette, I came two nights and a row for. So refreshing! The sea bass and asparagus was also so good, as was the steak filet, no notes! The spinach was good; I ate the full size by myself. The drinks were strong and taste like alcohol. Not a complaint but my server did clarify they don’t add additional sweeteners, which I like. It may sound silly but the star of the show for me was the pumpernickel bread! I probably had 6 slices over 2 nights and I’d eat more right now.

The food was excellent—especially the steak and sides, everything tasted fresh and well prepared. The staff was very attentive and made sure everything felt smooth and relaxed. It’s definitely a bit pricey, but worth it for the overall experience ✨
Lobster Bisque and Clam Chowder are not eventful. Bone-in Filet is a homerun. Scallops average. Atmosphere is fantastic. A little dark to read the menus. Overall much too expensive for the product. Will skip for a long while.
