Excellent service, food, and drinks. The ambiance was great. Would be perfect for a nice dinner, date, or celebration. We had the ribeye, lamb chops, and crab cocktail. The ribeye was good but a little fatty for my taste, not the good marbling fatty but big chewy fat. The lamb chops were absolutely perfect and cooked exactly how I requested. The crab cocktail was my absolute favorite, it was incredibly fresh, the best part of the crab, and wonderfully flavorful.
Dined in for my birthday, the server was very nice and took very good care of us. The food came out promptly and they offered me a complimentary small dessert sample. It made me feel all warm and special. You cannot go wrong with any of the food items. I loved the lamb chops and crab cake. My husband had the Tomahawk and it was great as well.
Early birthday dinner last month, was absolutely more than I expected at The Capital Grille! When I was taken to my table because I came a little early. They had table decor for my birthday and a birthday card. The waitress was super nice!! Love the fresh different variety of warm bread they serve, there's one with raisins in it, uh-Amazing! Never tasted a good bread like that before. We had ordered mojitos which was complimentary as well as our prawn with tomatoes appetizer, it was so delicious! Our chowder soup was perfect & our salmon mozzarella with bruschetta was super savory and yummy. My salad was so yummy! When it came to dessert we were too full but the waitress brought complimentary desert cheesecake & chocolate cake, to die for! By the way our dessert & champagne was complimentary as well for my birthday. I loved the entire experience at The Capital Grille. Of course if you want a good steak or seafood, sometimes they have specials on halibut or another dish, this is the place to come. I just love it and know many more will love the fine wine and dine at The Capital Grille. Be sure to bring a whole lot of money it is pricey but that comes with the reputation and excellent service all around
Very nice restaurant. The staff were very attentive and nice, plus the food was good. Great place for birthdays and a special date night
We stopped by for lunch and were very impressed with the experience. The filet mignon was cooked perfectly and was delicious. The butternut squash bisque was great, the chicken with mushroom risotto was delicious. The whole dining experience was wonderful and we were very impressed. Our waiter, William, was very attentive and gave us excellent service. We’ll definitely be back again.
For those who know me, I rarely do a 5 star rating. But this restaurant of fine dining and shear elegance is well worth visiting. Our waiter, Alberto, was phenomenal. This restaurant is the epitome of elegance, class, and overall exceptional dining. A must go for the Pacific Northwest.
The Capital Grille has a very nice atmosphere. The food and the service is outstanding. We had the tomahawk veal chop, lamb chops with Brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes. Appetizer was a salad and clam chowder. Again, all servers were very attentive and you can tell they enjoy serving their customers. Thank you again for the warm reception and dessert. We highly recommend The Capital Grille.
What an amazing experience, from the moment we arrived it was 5 STARS!! Probably the best dining experience I have had in any steakhouse, from spot on recommendations to the perfect martini to the amazing wines that were paired with our food. The crab cake was cooked perfectly, the Ahi Tuna and my Tenderloin were perfect as well. Andy our server was again probably the best server I have ever had! I have dined at the majority of the steakhouses in Seattle and the Capital Grille is easily my new favorite!
My husband and I went for my birthday, and it was beyond all expectations. Our server Joel was amazing with his dinner suggestions and it was the best steaks and mashed potatoes we've ever had. We will absolutely be going back. The drinks were great and desserts wonderful
This place is just my vibe. Eduardo was the best. Got two steak bites; great happy hour wine, not the watered down stuff, but the good stuff. Highly recommend. Everyone is friendly, and highly recommend Eduardo, full of knowledge and friendly guy.
