Im not "a karen" yet Erika (blonde blue eyes) working 5/19/24 around noon was so disrespectful by rolling her eyes and cussing under her breath when we simply asked if we could get our in-store just bought cup rinsed so we could put the drink they made for us in it. We calmly asked her for a bit of a better attitude then she told us to leave. Sounds like she may be having a bad day but this does not excuse her attitude and lack of customer service to paying customers. To leave on a positive note Aiden working the reg. was kind and outgoing as he ordered our drinks with a smile. Hope you consider this feedback as we visit seattle wa.
What I was most pleased with this location was the teamwork displayed by the staff. And they were happy to be working together. And fast service
No napkins, no straws. We ordered two baked goods and two iced coffees. After 15 min, we didn’t get one of the coffees. I asked a couple of times and three different people said “we don’t have your order” I asked for a refund because we had to catch the ferry and the place was an absolute mess in every aspect. No apologies no respect to customers.
Won’t fill up your cup with tap water without a purchase wish I could give 0 stars to a place with such hostile policy

Ice Matcha Latte was really nice and definitely one of my favorite Starbucks’s locations.
My girlfriend and I are vegans (first time in Seattle). We asked them if they have something vegan and they gave us Impossible™ Breakfast Sandwich, we specifically asked 4 times if it is really vegan, the guy said "yes", "100%", "sure" , but it was with real cheese and eggs in the bun. It was a big problem, because my girlfriend is allergic to eggs and casein, so she had an allergic reaction for the whole days. When we confronted the manager and she said that there is nothing she can do and employee are not required to remember all the allergens.
The staff was really cold. Their attitude was as if they are doing us a favor by serving us the coffee. Never going back for sure! Also, their drinks are more expensive than the other starbucks around!
