Went here two times (two days back to back while I was in town). Day one I ordered a tall iced carm mach. Went in on day two and the recognized me and immediately remembered what I ordered. I went with a Venti instead but the fact that he remembered was awesome considering how many people go there a day. He should probably get a raise. Coffee was good, place was clean.
this store is consistently clean and always provides super friendly service. i usually sit inside with my laptop for a few hours and order multiple drinks throughout that time- Alex gave me some information about my gold member status on my starbucks app that i had not known before, which i really appreciated. Today, i ordered my drink and sat down so as to not pressure the baristas while they were clearly super busy, and Makayla personally walked my drink over to where i was sitting. Its the little things! :)
Store manager Jordan gave me a hard time about a drink I get literally every other day. Super frustrating I couldn’t even get a completed drink because he was being extremely difficult. Paid for items u didn’t even get in my drink. Thanks Jordan for a jerk.
Very clean store, very nice barista who helped me choose a great coffee for a pour over. He Explained the coffee notes and helped me choose a great flavor syrup to add. Parking was atrocious at that place but the coffee and Service well worth it on my drive back home to Orlando from Jax. Komodo may be a new pour over Go to from now on.
This location has seriously gone downhill. I'm not sure what has happened, but now the inside is closed to the public. They take forever to come to the pickup window, and they are only focused on the drive thru. Can't say I'll be back here!
I like coming here. In addition to enjoying the coffee, it's also a great place to meet up with people. The staff is friendly and tries hard to make visits good ones. Occasionally, orders do get mixed up, but they make supreme efforts to make them right. Definitely a good place.
Team members are so friendly and kind. She asked about our dog, wanted to know her name, "Shelby". Our drive through team member asked if we wanted a complimentary "pup cup" for Shelby with our order. Best Starbucks experience ever Of course or order was perfect!
I used to visit this location every morning, but now only occasionally since teleworking. Dee and Alex were fantastic, they greeted me by name and were always friendly. It was a great way to start the day.
Very quick and friendly service. They were able to make a custom frappuccino for me without any issues and it was very much appreciated. The drinks are delicious! If you are ever looking for something sweet and refreshing, try the vanilla bean frappucino with strawberry puree added in. So good!
Visited Starbucks today and did not have a pleasurable experience, however there was a wonderful young lady by the name of Nisa, who saved the day. We expressed our issue and displeasure and she was absolutely amazing in rectifying the situation. She went above and beyond... and because of her, I'll be glad to return to this location for all my Starbucks. Thanks Nisa ❤️
