St. Joseph Medical Center

I came to St. Joseph’s for an outpatient procedure. My care team was amazing. Everyone from the nurse to the anesthesiologist was super nice, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable. It was a smooth process and I dont even remember being knocked out. Upon waking up, the amazing care continued. My nurses made sure I was feeling up to it before transferring me to a room for recovery. They gave me apple juice (my favorite ☺️) and wheeled me right on out to my car. The wait in registration was a bit long. But once I got upstairs, everyone was rolling. 10/10 would recommend

The doctors did very little to help our family member’s situation. The communication they provide is absolute garbage. They dont even communicate with each other! We were given updates days late and aren’t even told what is going on. The staff was decent. Some of the nurses were great. However, we feel like the doctors could have done more. They didn’t communicate and may have caused our family member’s life. This place should be shut down.

The service at this hospital is fantastic. The staff, the nurses are very nice. they talk to the patient with a straightforward attitude for understanding and comprehension of what will happen during your stay. I do recommend this hospital as I have been only to another one because of my mom.... but... this hospital is top notch also in my book. thanks to everyone there for making me feel at home during my stay. I highly recommend this hospital and their staff for any of your medical needs.

I was treated at St Joseph's for surgery on my hand. Everything went smoothly and all the nurses & personnel were great. I was checked in quickly and efficiently. Everyone along the way were very friendly and professional. Great experience. Only complain was for my friend. There wasn't anywhere in the hospital that she could get a snack. The vending machine wasn't working all three times we had to be there and the snack bar was always closed.

Everyone was super nice and helpful. I had an unplanned c section and although i was very nervous and scared, they made me feel as comfortable as possible and the nurses even held my hand at some point when my significant other couldn’t be there at the very beginning when prepping me. They were also talking to me trying to distract me a little and even after having my baby, the nurses helped out my partner and i with answering our questions to helping me recover. I appreciate all of them.

The waiting room staff are a bit unpleasant but I'm sympathetic bc of the way folks act in an emergency wait room--still, they could be a bit nicer. The doctors and the imaging tech were amazing! Great service once you're taken in. They were very thorough. My only complaint is that I got a written prescription for a medication and the pharmacy said the hospitals 'waiver' to send medications via paper prescription had expired and I had to get them to send it electronically. Well, I called several times and received absolutely no response.

My daughter was seen there after being in a car accident. After 5 hours and an x-ray they discharged her without being seen by a doctor!!!! They should've given her an MRI, and said they don't do that there!!!! This place is a circus, run by clowns!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS "HOSPITAL"!!!!

Update: 10/4/23: I'm happy to say that the problem has been sorted out now. Thanks for getting it resolved. 10/2/23: My experience with St. Joseph Medical Center has been incredibly frustrating, and I want to share my disappointment to help others avoid similar problems. Here's the situation: St. Joseph Medical Center owed me a refund, which was supposed to be processed within 12 weeks after my insurance paid them. However, they didn't follow through on this promise. I tried reaching out to them multiple times, and each time they assured me that the refund would arrive within 2 weeks. But, just like before, it didn't happen. It's disheartening to see them repeatedly make commitments they can't keep. What's even more aggravating is their constant claim that they've informed their management about my issue, yet they don't seem to take any action to resolve it. It's like they're passing the problem along without taking responsibility. To make things worse, nobody from St. Joseph Medical Center ever bothered to call me back to address the refund issue. It's clear that they don't value their customers or their promises. In summary, my experience with St. Joseph Medical Center has been incredibly frustrating. They are holding onto my money, failing to issue a promised refund, and showing no respect for their customers. I strongly recommend considering other options for your medical needs. This level of unprofessionalism is simply unacceptable, and you deserve better service.

I had my baby here over 3 years ago for the 1st time and loved the intimacy of the maternity ward and nurses. They were fast, helpful, and took great care of me and the baby. I came back this week to have my tubes tied and I loved the experience even more!!! Everybody was very very and caring and Super nice from my pre-op nurse, anesthesiologist, my recovery nurse, my doctor, and even the person that wheeled me to my ride!! I will definitely recommend them and will go back for all my hospital needs

I had a wonderful experience here at the women center! Every nurse and doctor I had for my c section and for my baby were truly wonderful, caring, nice, and attentive. Even the cleaning and food staff were so nice. Excellent care the entire time. I also can’t breast feed and no one judged or pushed me on it. My baby also went to nicu and the team there took amazing care of him. They even made him a cute little card. I highly recommend it there.
